If there's a funny scene in an episode, it's just easier to point people to one of these videos than to point them to the episode and say "about 50 seconds in until about 1:40".
That, and the fact that some of these clips are funnier out of context.
why would you take clips from it and post it separately? ... it makes no senseeeee
