The video version was remixed by..Sorry, but forgot his name.I remeber I even read that Alan said when he heard the version of the official video and the first thing he thought was that a big part of the original detachment(if i may use this word)was gone.

@NordOfSkyrim Yes you are right but the gretest hits was a sort of remix in general where some was good. The original is like that and you should believe me because i ve lived it on 1993 when it was relased and into songs of faith devotion ( great tour), the song and music are the same...

When I write Depeche Mode- In your room I expect to see orginal version but it is not the worst . I can say OK but not the best. The first seconds of this track are better, but all other is very... I say it in Polish: przekombinowana (read: pshekombinovana) It mean to combinated.

@blackwashburnguitar I agree. The guitar version...singles version is great too but I think this version is more "synth".....more Depeche.....if you ask me. Just the intro in it self is priceless. First the bouncing synth bass...then the dark synth pad rising slowely...Masterpiece....
