You have to get full hearts with a dark signer: roman for the spider, misty for the lizard, carly for the hummingbird, kalin for the giant, devack for the monkey and trudge for the whale

i think its cause the spell itself was already in play, just its effect was used. If the field spell had been activated while LADD was on the field it would have been negated

i guess there is a possible way to defeat blackwing is to use skull drain or so negate monster effect cards

yeah but that won't get to kalut or vayu since their effects are activated from hand and graveyard respectively, LADD on the other hand can negate all effects from wherever, also on that note skill drain would have problems with stardust tytanial etc since stardust's tribute is the cost and the effect activates from the grave while tytanial can tribute herself for the effect so that way her effect will also be activated from the grave, all in all LADD > skill drain
