EVO should be divided into 3 tier competition. Top tier 1 league. The lower tier 1 league, mid tier another league. That way people won't get scared of using a low tier character. Say you use Fei Long or Yun. You have to fight within the top tier competition. If you use Dan, Hakan or Gen then you should play in the lower tier. You can't use Fei Long in the lower tier competition. You could compete in all competitions! Be a winner in all tier segments. maybe just 2 tier league...3 is too much
