  • Y do people argue about religion? concepts of infinity cannot be fathomed or understood by finite minds.. live and love life ...we will find out what's behind the veil at r time of death .. good vid to

  • stop preaching and just play music

  • @xxblackburnzxx I would Love to go to his church :D and I dont even like going to church d:

  • Aaron should be a pastor, such a wise man! The Almost<3

  • @TeeJay787 He is a Worship Pastor at his church! :D

  • "They had an olive or two, or whatever they ate." Haha

  • EVERY.SINGLE.VIDEO. Is just MASSIVE debate about where people are with their relationship with god and how if someone doesn't like the fact of that they think its easier to say something rude or just something to put them down or anything like that. love god for you and no one else and let NO ONE put you down about it.

  • thats the real deal holyfield.

  • I saw him outside of Downtown music in Little Rock when the almost played there and asked him if the carpet matched the drapes. It's okay everyone, he said no. Praise the lord.

  • I've been always a fan of Aaron with his work on Underoath, I just met his new project of music, and just discovered hes Chirstian, and man, I've been watching he talking about Jesus and I can make you sure hes one of the people who inspires me, who I'd like to be like, the way he thinks and talk is magic, I'm a Christian too and now I'm a fan of the person Aaron, not only the singer.

  • The word of The Lord Jesus Christ, is in the scriptures. The basis of which to bring yourself closer to him & follow the path that he preached, is there for everyone to read & follow. WHAT is the purpose of life? A good start would be to go with that.

  • "Maybe had an olive or two" xD

God is truly working through him and his music.

  • @muleoftheeast ok then, so if thats the truth, why isnt that floating around all the schools? and if it is true, why are you here? what exactly would be the point of coming here and telling us this? i could look it up in a dictionary and it wouldnt come up with that. mabye to street people it does mean that, thanks to south park. but going to videos like this accomplishes NOTHING. you have wasted my time and your own. but let me ask, what is your religion, that might compel you to tell us this?

  • What a good man

  • @kenzie0201

Obviously you have no knowledge of Christianity, if you have ever attended church you would know that they don't teach us to reject people. It teaches us to love, accept, respect, and believe in people no matter their circumstances. The only people who reject are nominal Christians, who don't live for God, the live for themselves. If you had any knowledge of the bible you would know that it has things discovered that modern science are just now discovering.

  • Respect brotha

  • Aaron is my earthly hero

  • Did the cameraman just give up at the end? OH HE LOOK SOME BRANCHES.

  • Its so sad to see all this hate on here. I wish I could make you see what we all have seen and feel what we all have felt, but the best I can do is pray for you. I pray that one day you will discover the falling-to-knees, eyes-tearing, jaw-dropping, life-changing, wondrous beauty of Christ, and realize that just because we're Christians does not mean we all bomb abortion clinics and terrorize Atheists. Being a Christian is not about the things we do, but the love we feel and are willing to share.

  • religion is blinding

  • Jesus Christ is real, no one should have to force you to believe, nor can anyone make you believe. You find God and Jesus Christ on your own..it might not be today or tomorrow it might have to be on a day when you've hit rock bottom or have lost everything you have ever cared about..it might be until judgement day when you have to put all your sins on display for him for everyone to see and you will have to look him in the face and when he asks do you believe in me now..you will feel foolish

  • man i wish i had friends like him

  • @Infernaeon Hey man, that's cool if that's what you believe. But don't come around here and put this stuff down. We don't need to see this. We want to see the encouragement of the Lord.

  • @Kdrummer777 You mean like how you faggots protest REAL metal shows, or come to our pages with Christus bullshit? Sucks when it happens to you doesnt it? Now you know how we fucking feel when you show up at our houses, stand outside abortion clinics, passing out your stupid fucking flyers. Sucks when people invade your privacy and start preaching things you dont agree with doesnt it? FUCK YOUR PATHETIC CHRIST!!!!!!!!! AND FUCKING THIS LITTLE GINGER FAGGOT

  • @Kdrummer777 And for the record I'll go where ever the fuck I please and say whatever the fuck I want and if you dont like it...well then you can turn the other cheek you pathetic excuse for a human being. It's retarded, delusional people like yourself that have held the human race back as a species, you and your way of thinking are a cancer on this earth and should be erradicated like the fucking parasites that you are!!

  • @Kdrummer777 Your Christ is a communist faggot!!

  • @Infernaeon if you're making a reference to Westboro Baptist or other churches like it that protest at funerals, abortion clinics, houses, etc and spam people's privacy - if you listened to Aaron now and some of his other talks, you would realize that those people give a false image of what we Christians are REALLY about. i hate that they give us a bad name, but we can't stop it. I listen to true metal, but its Christian so IDK where you get that statement. but i'm sorry you feel this way.

  • @Infernaeon honestly, just a couple months ago, i was saying the same stuff you are now...

  • God is love. Christians are supposed to love and respect what others believe even if it goes against our beliefs. Do not be hateful towards Atheist and try to shove Christianity on them. Who wants to listen to someone who is constantly putting them down or arguing against what they believe? Simply tell them how you feel, why you love God, what God has done and continues to do for you, and try your best to change their mind because that is what God wants us to do. :)

  • I don't understand why people hate so much on people who are as Christian as Aaron. I mean sure, you may not agree with it, whatever, that's fine. But in the end, what difference does it make? He's a kinder person for his beliefs, he wants to do the best for those around him. Isn't that what matters? Why should it matter HOW he reached that sense of passion?

  • @TheThespian23 Probably people are annoyed because there a lot of people in this world that are good passionate and caring because they can be. Not because they live in fear of eternal punishment.

For me I detest religion for it's rejection of intelligent and logical thought. These are the things that are incorporated into science and have allowed us to live more than twice what we could in the first century.

So why piss on what has made us great? I guess it's to do with ego; 'God loves me.'

  • I'm so more in love with him.

  • "he didn't say zackius get out of the tree, I'm GOD" LOL

  • We could not have happened by chance. Its just a blind point of view to say we aren't part of a loving creators plan.

  • Aaron is so awesome if I could hang with him for a day would be sweeet :) I love everyone :)

  • Amen, brotha!!

  • I LOVE THIS GUY lol i dont care what anyone has to say. i love jesus (: haha wooooo !

  • lol "its sad you need evidence or proof to beleive" its fucking sad you beleive that the fuckin church spoon feeds you as a child and your stupid to believe it even when you old enough to have rational thought. fuck off man, go do some research.

  • @FlavourontheHorizons i'm a 21 year old man. i didn't believe in Jesus until i was 18. i wasn't spoon fed, and my rational mind came to the conclusion that i need God. where's that leave you?

  • @kbuff234 Amen, brother, that's all I can say to that, Amen.

  • @kbuff234 I am wondering why you need God? Would you be depressed or even kill yourself without him/her?

  • @kenzie0201 i need God because in was brought in to a world that is filled to the brim with death and mayhem BECAUSE of the same thought pattern that you have about God. no i wouldn't kill myself. but it wouldn't matter, if God didn't exist my life would be void. if there is no God then why do morals exist. aren't we just animals according to atheism?

  • @kbuff234 I'm not sure that it actually means anything to say according to atheism. Atheism is a lack of belief in a god or god's. Many atheists do have beliefs still many are secular humanists for example.

I thought it was according to science and humanities fervent pursuit of knowledge that we were animals.

The issue of morality is simply, evolution describes a change in allele frequency in successive generations where the best traits usually survive. Morals can easily be a result of this.

  • @kenzie0201 you know what. i don't care, believe what you will. but at the end of all lives we find out the truth and if you think you can handle this on your own, i'm sorry.

  • @kbuff234 It doesn't seem unreasonable that you would disregard any attempts at logical and rational thought processes. After all willing ignorance is what guided you (along with where you were born) to you relationship with your imaginary sky friend.

  • @kenzie0201 look dude. i've heard all the recycled arguments from other people who share your ignorance. willing ignorance guided me to a spiritual encounter? cuz you know my life story right? oh no you don't, lets not make stupid assumptions. rational thought says that something can't come from nothing. don't you agree? or can life come from no life? and where i was born has nothing to do with my belief system. that's another stupid assumption. show me an instant of life coming from nothing.

  • @kenzie0201 or do you feel that saying the big bang is the best way to cop out of your ignorant little soap box appeal to what you assume is the correct way to go about your existence. how ignorant can people be? show me proof that there is no God.

  • @kbuff234 So if your belief system is not related to your origin of birth, would you definitely have been a Christian if you were born in Iraq. Or say if you were born 2500 years ago in Greece? With regards to something can't come from nothing, I am impressed that rather than admitting you don't understand how the universe began (if it did begin) you cop out and say something can't come from nothing therefore God did it. Now you are faced with exactly the same problem where did God come from?

  • A basic level of understanding of chemistry could help you to understand how 'life' could have come from 'no life'. It is impossible to prove that God doesn't exist, because he is described to exist beyond anything perceptible. But then again it is equally as impossible to prove that a pink unicorn isn't following you everywhere you go but whenever you look at it it's invisible. Also when you try to touch it your hand passes through it. How does this pink unicorn differ from God?

  • @kbuff234 Better off than you, fool

  • @mrfishgun you're cool....

  • @FlavourontheHorizons theres no proof that God doesn't exist but the proof of his existence is all around us. everything u see was designed and u can sit and say it isnt but the human form is the result of a design, we all are different but we all ideally have 2hands, 2feet, 2eyes 10fingers and 10toes, if that is not a design then idk what is and we were desinged by a DESIGNER not a cosmic dust cloud or magical explosion and i dont agree w all of what Aaron G. says so dont think that i do

  • @Donegangsta Why is it proof for God and not for Allah or any of the other thousands of God?

Even if it does suggest a designer, what evidence suggests GOD?

  • @kenzie0201 I prob shouldn't even dignify ur comment w/ a response, but i will. I said "God" bc I pray to God and believe in God, but if u would have understood what i said when i used the words 'design' and 'designer,' you'd see my point was that everywhere in this world there exists order and design. So, in this instance it doesn't matter what you choose to call our creator, my arguement was just that THERE IS a creator. What we should call our creator is another arguement

  • @Donegangsta 'There is no proof God doesn't exist' - Correct it is impossible to disprove. 'The proof of his (God's) existence is all around us.' So if you are not claiming that the fact that there is a designer from the undeniable evidence of design in the universe; evidence you have not presented; then what proof is there that is all around us that God exists?

Surely 10 hands stronger muscles etc. would have made a better design?

The merit of my comment is not dependent on your reply.

  • @kenzie0201 I'm pretty sure I answered ur questions if you'd read and understand what im sayin and im confused as to what ur point is? But 1st of all, if you're agreein that it's not possible to DISprove the existence of a creator, then what are u arguing? and I AMMM claiming that there is a designer based on the fact that there is apparent design in all things, and 10 hands and stronger muscles would make a better design by who's assesment? That's your opinion

  • @kenzie0201 chemistry is gonna disprove the existence of God? I'd love to see you try Evolution and darwinism are as logical as a unicorn monkey(less logical than a unicorn) If only you'd look at the fact that evolution isn't even science it didn't go through the full scientific process as it has not been experimented with and never has been proven nor seen yet you believe in things such as evolution and the big bang? My point is don't come onto something just to bag on it

  • @DerNiedertraechtig I never said it disproves God. I was merely trying to suggest a hypothesis of how life came about by a process of abiogenesis. Evolution is completely different. It is only talking about a change in allele frequency over time. Implications of this are various breeds of dogs for example. We have successfully bred dogs that cannot mate with other breeds of dogs. That is a perfect example of evolution. As for Darwanism, that was the developing form of evolution.

  • @kenzie0201 Breeding dogs isn't evolution. That is mixing two sets of limited genetic traits. Also for your hypothesis why state it here when you know that no one will listen to it? Thirdly Darwinism is where a species changes it's traits and advances in simplified terms. If you read origin of man it becomes clear his illogical theory is that a species advances with an unlimited type of genetic traits, allowing it to change body shape and so forth.

  • @FlavourontheHorizons and by the way, typing in clear and concise sentences might help you to be taken more seriously. and what does research have to do with it? do you believe everything happened by accident? if so, how diluted can you be?

  • lol "its sad you need evidence or proof to beleive" its fucking sad you beleive that the fuckin church spoon feeds you as a child and your stupid to believe it even when you old enough to have rational thought. fuck off man, go do some research.

  • @FlavourontheHorizons So YOU need to see something to believe it? So I must ask you, have you ever seen your own brain? I doubt it. So it must not exist by your logic? ;) Everything needs a little faith.

  • Religion is superstition.

  • @globalchaos1984 you couldnt be more wrong

  • @alexcarney13 evidence?

  • @globalchaos1984 its sad you need evidence or proof to believe.

  • please log on to equip.org

  • I remember the first time I was taken to church by my uncle. I was so intimidated by the size and the faces. I was the only hispanic along with my uncle, who were dressed in street clothing. I felt so out of place, just waiting for the people to let us out, so i can go do the worldly things i was doing. Then I heard the music. I felt something I had never felt in my life, Jesus Jesus, There is Something about that Name! Life changing moment!

  • @SKILASTIES That's awesome man! Don't worry about dressing fancy! The Church today is too caught up in being the biggest and having the best stuff. We don't need these huge additions when we could be using the money to help the poor, needy and hungry! I read a book called Radical by David Platt and it changed my life! Keep your walk with Christ and honor him in everything you do!

  • @SKILASTIES Amen! I am so glad to hear it changed you for the better =)

  • I wanna marry a guy like Aaron. (:

  • Does anyone think he looks like dougie poynter? sounds like him a little too

  • sometimes i dont understand and get confused by athiests, but my anger is out of love because i wish they would see that there is a God who created everything. who in control of everything. created you. and loves YOU so much that he died for you, so you wouldnt have to spend eternity apart from Him. <3

Aaron sets such a cool guy and sets such a good example...keep rockin :)

  • @1SpeakNow3 The anger that you're feeling is not hatred. It's fiery passion for Christ, and God has that same anger, too. God bless, man :)

  • @1SpeakNow3 I am a devout athiest, and this is our side. every story has a side. and if christians are as open as you guys say you will read my words. in my personal oppinion there has never been any proof of a god for me. i mean science litterally proves everything. and if there is a god, is there a god for every planet in the universe or one singular god? (and its ignorant to think out of the wholeuniverse we are the only living life forms). and i feel like i rather live my life and do what

  • @1SpeakNow3 makes me happy, instead of living by some by-laws set by a book, written by who knows...deffinetly not written by god. and if that means having sex out of wedlock, eating and drinking tillmy hearts content, having multiple sex partners, who says thats wrong? and if christians where about what they sad all of them would smoke weed. cuz its a medicinal herb that can grow in 99% of soil in earth. and "god" put it there. so you christians shouldnt demonize it the way you do.

  • @1SpeakNow3 and if there was a god, and if he did make us. he would have made us knowing we are an extremly flawed race, and if there was a god i doubt he would condone religion. placing fear in people from a young age to live the way the church thinks is proper? point is you christians are contradicting, stupid, close minded people who look down on everybody else.thank ypou for reading this. hopefull i enlightened you:]. I AM GOD AND JESUS IN ONE BODY, WORSHIP ME:D. AHAHA ITS A JOKE:P

  • @Trgtomita Sadly, to a point, you're right.. a lot of Christians are all of those things you mentioned, and that doesn't do anything to help our main goal of why we were created, to share the love of Jesus with everyone. With that said, God does not "condone religion" Christianity is more than a religion, it's a RELATIONSHIP with Jesus Christ.

  • @1SpeakNow3 Now you are a person that knows what you are talking about!! The world needs more people like you

  • @Trgtomita Haha you're an idiot.

  • @Trgtomita You probably just don't want to feel convicted. You're too insecure to even give the idea of Christianity a chance, and I'm positive if you did, your life would get 4x better than it is, even if it is already great.

  • @videogeek32 lol typical christian...just cant accept the fact some people just dont care lol.

  • @Trgtomita Typical Atheist. Can't understand nor appreciate NOR accept the fact that most of us aren't trying to be mean, we're just trying to help. Forgive me if I don't want others to go to hell. No matter your beliefs, those are mine, and I want others to make it to heaven. So sorry it's an inconvenience for you.

  • Do you know God is fake? I just don't see why, even if you are a Christian, that you have to use profanity and down God. I'm praying for you. I hope that you find a personal relationship with Jesus and you'll figure out what life is all about

  • fuck this video gods fake just saying

  • @jgwentworthnsm Hey brother. Just thought I'd say that it's good you stand up for what you believe in. But I highly encourage you to come hang with a follower of Christ. I think God has a plan for you. Please just open up and see what it is. Thanks for listening, I'll be praying for you :)

  • @EuphoriaMusicSession no its o k dont waste your time

  • @jgwentworthnsm IMO, any time spent without prayer or focus is a waste of time.

  • i find it kinda funny how atheist try and pick at christianity & prove there is no god. when their beliefs of the world is not even based on fact or historical documents or anything. just a hypothesis. that's why it's called a "theory". it's not proven, can't be proven, & never will be. they've tried for hundreds of years. & there are more gaps & unanswered questions with their theory than with christianity but yet they call christianity "blind faith"....just saying. i find it interesting.

  • @n3rdography I'm sorry dude but christianity have more holes and unlogical things in it that atheists theory to prove it's wrong.

  • @MALSIV wanna explain ? aha i'm curious,

  • @MALSIV What are they? I'm curious now. Been reading these comments, so I'm curious.

  • @MALSIV What are they? I'm curious now. Been reading these comments, so I'm curious.

  • @BranFaelan777 Read the bible and think criticaly and I think you'll find some unlogical things.

  • @MALSIV I am. So far, the more critically I think the more it makes sense. What instances are you talking about?

  • @BranFaelan777 Ok, then I am sorry to say you have a mental disease my friend :) I am not going to waste my time going through the holes in the bible but if you think about it is completely impossible :)

  • @MALSIV whoa miboy. No need to get frustrated. Actually the more you look at science, the earth, how society, families, and everything works, it all points to signs of a creator with a plan. Postmoderism can't explain it because by it's own definition, it can't define anything. Cosmic humanism won't work because it says everything is God and we are all good. If that was the case, everything wouldn't be so messed up. Atheistic humanism won't work for the same reasons...continued

  • @MALSIV Islam won't work because it also says we are naturally good but choose to do wrong. Also "Allah" is a changing god. The universe cannot have a changing god because there has to be something that keeps the entire world stable. Also, it teaches genocide to the unbelievers. Also atheists cannot explain anything about the origin of the universe because (as I know from personal and and textual experience) the more you delve into the microscopic cellular structure of organism the more...

  • @MALSIV complex and structured everything gets. Isn't that kind of contrary to evolutionary theory? Everything is supposed to start off less complex and grow in complexity as you "zoom out"? Also If there was no God, how do we explain our sense of morality and ethics? We can't say "morals are determined by what is right for the individual" because that swings the door open for anarchy, genocide, and everything else that we don't want in society. As I have found through my own studies...

  • @MALSIV Christianity is the only "religion" ( I hate that term) that logically explains origin (an intricate universe designed by an infinitely intelligent Creator who made every little micro-cellular mechanism with a distinct purpose), morals (based on the very UNchanging nature of Christ: what imitates Christ is good, and what contradicts Him is evil), sociology (the very essence of God's tri-une nature - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - resonate in institutions such as communities and...

  • @MALSIV families -father, mother, children -), economics (as Christians we are stewards of the magnificent earth given to us by God. We are to utilize it as a gardener would a garden, profit from it, but also take care of it. Such is our economic mandate.), law (we cannot determine laws and what is right and wrong on our own. As history has shown, when left to humans without any higher power governing their decisions, everything takes a tailspin on a downward spiral. We determine our...

  • @MALSIV I've said too much. but I'll ask this one final question which is what I asked before: what holes are you talking about? Also, please do not use any straw man, ad hominims, assumptions, or generalization. If you want to support your side of the debate, facts are crucial. I've given some, now it is only fair for you to have a chance to give your own points. Thanks for the debate so far.

  • @BranFaelan777 I'm sorry but don't have the time or energy to debate back to all that. If you want to believe in that, go ahead. I'll just go and play me drums...

  • @MALSIV How long have you been playing drums, miboy?

  • @BranFaelan777 Round 4 years :)

  • I think i'll let chyeaa whatever be the rebel... When it comes to placing your soul on the line i would rather trust a god who knows what he's doing than a man who's experiencing everything the first time. Go ahead and be a rebel but i think i'm gonna "play it safe".

  • @chyeaaitskristyn what do you think you like for then? i don't know if this will sound rude or not i don't mean it to but it sound like the way you put it is that you live for yourself then die for in all reality nothing then being a good person, my pastor was talking about salvation and how if it is a true saving salvation the it shows good works but its not all about praying the sinners prayer or being good to people but being saved if its real and you meant it it shows by good works.

  • Awesome! Thanks Aaron for that amazing message :)

  • He would want you to keep learning how to better yourself in ways that are best for you. Your own existence is a miracle why do you need a god to "worship" and beg for help, or advice? The only thing that gets you through this world is your own brain, and your own two feet. People forget how brutal nature is, and all these little habits humans have are just symbolism and are irrelevant to your true existence on this planet. Were animals just like the rest of the organisms on this planet...

  • @chyeaaitskristyn

This might be me making an assumption and correct me if im wrong but, what do you mean true existance?

YOu can only have true existance if your heading somewhere or if your here for a reason.

  • @Kasoni300 well your alive aren't you? So your heading somewhere no? You may not know where it is, but time is passing. What I mean is religion in general has nothing to do with your identity on this planet. Making it so is irrelevant to why you are here...no one knows the answer to that, but I sure as hell know the bible is not that answer.

  • @chyeaaitskristyn

Get what your saying but firstly the last line just contradicts your whole arguement since if there is a hell there is a more than likey chance there is a heaven or whatever you version of the opp from hell. But at the end of the day you remind me why I love God more seeing that he can create 2 identical people e.g U and I and we both live in the same time period yet can go through the same experiences give or take some variables and see the world in a diff way. God bless.

  • people. All religions have tons of loop holes for people to pick apart, and make their own. This to me is unfair, and can cause much confusion. One says this way, one says that way? How do I know which way to go? Christians think their right, but I say their wrong. But who's to say I'm right and their wrong? Its all what YOU do with your own thoughts. No religion can make you a better person. Not Jesus, not no one. If Jesus was real he wouldn't want people wasting their time on worship

  • All of us want a "secure" way of thinking. But! "Without self knowledge, without knowing oneself as one is-not as one would like to be, which is merely an illusion, and idealistic escape-without knowing the ways of one's thinking, all of the motives, ones thoughts, ones innumerable responses, it is not possible to understand and go beyond this whole process of thinking." -J. Krishnamurti. I suggest all religious people read As One IS, by J.Krishnamurti. Thats the way to a true free mind...

  • become enlightened...not the case. It requires years of diligent practice to understand how your mind operates. You hope through listening to others that you too will now have what you want. The trick is freeing your mind of ALL conditioning...That includes religion. Most of you are seeking how to condition your mind better, when that doesn't do anything, It will always lead you back to the same place. Be aware of your conditioning, and take steps toward freeing your mind from all of this.

  • Aaron is such an amazing person. I am not christian, but that doesn't matter. It shouldn't matter if you are christian or jewish or atheist or whatever, that idea of just being a good person is so true. that is what we should be holding on to

  • @ItsaFunnyThing it is...but WHY IS HE A CHRISTIAN IF HE BELIEVES THAT?!? Its stupid! Religious labels are so pointless, and just separate us from the truth. WERE ALL THE SAME! We all search for a reason why we are here...You don't need some special rulebook, or a special label to seek these reasons. You need to educate yourself, and just keep learning about yourself, and your environment. People are always searching to be told what to do. Like by reading the bible you all of a sudden

  • @chyeaaitskristyn i totally agree with you, but some people seem to need those labels. and if thats what drives you to be a better person then so be it. i have a lot of issues with religion but the part of it that pushes people to be better im ok with. so i think that if you arent able to just learn and be good and religion does that for you by giving you rules, then so be it. of course i HATE it when people use religion as an excuse to murder and be cruel. that makes me really really mad

  • @ItsaFunnyThing well, why keep on supporting something that gives people excuses to be good/bad? People that use it for good are still missing a huge point, and that to have faith in YOURSELF. You were put on this Earth to make choices. Each one of those choices reflect who you are as a person, and make an impact on where you will be. Religion is a "crutch" for people who in my opinion refuse to look at life through a different lens. I'm not saying that people that are religious are bad

  • what Aaron said is true. Jesus becomes our friend, so that we can trust Him and love Him as our Saviour...He surrendered His life and paid the ultimate sacrifice, so that we could be with Him....no other friend can do that...

  • what Aaron said is true. Jesus becomes our friend, so that we can trust Him and love Him as our Saviour...He surrendered His life and paid the ultimate sacrifice, so that we could be with Him....no other friend can do that...

  • See atheists if you didn't stereotype us Christians(I'm not saying all atheists are judgmental as we all are judgmental) you would see that no Christian nor human is the same.Being as human beings we are but as people..we aren't. If God exists than i lose nothing but if God doesn't exist i lose nothing either. But for atheists..if God exists you guys lose everything.

  • @CoreyG852 laws - as previously stated - through the very nature of Christ), history (historically the Bible is accurate and there has yet to be any true error or contradiction found in the Bible. The reason being, it is the inspired word of God.) So far, I have yet to see any holes in Christianity. It explains 1.the existence of the universe and is scientifically acceptable, 2. morality, 3. social structure (how it should be), 3. the basis of law, 4. economic standpoints. Need I go on?...

  • P.S. sorry for any harsh words, I recognize that you're a reasonable person, who only believes something different than me. :) I just think that faith is a different thing than you perceive it to be, I don't mean to be a jerk. I also just have fun debating.

  • religion does in no way cure you of ego. And you make claims, but what SANE Christian has killed someone of another faith, or someone with a lack of faith thereof? If there was a voice in my head then, who would it be?

  • @chaosrokkfreak EGO = Edge God Out

  • You equate religion with ego, when really, they are two separate things that have no relation whatsoever to the true Christian. The ultimate goal of a Christian is to serve God, the one who we believe to be the creator of the universe. Ego is typically self centered, and living without God in fact shifts more of life's focus on one's self, rather than on serving other people. It's true, many godless people have a HUGE ego, so I'm not sure where you have created that argument from, getting rid of

  • That was somewhat confusing, but i noticed that you essentially danced around my question. Previously, you said "I do have a problem with Christians like Aaron who think its ok to preach about their beliefs." But I then called you on that statement and asked what gives you the authority to voice your beliefs? I was trying to expose the fact that yes, Aaron voices his opinions, and you say it is wrong, yet you do the same. You speak of an "arising consciousness". A consciousness of what though?

  • things. Well let me ask you one question today. What gives YOU the right to push your beliefs on other people? Where's the logical reasoning science holds so dear in that?

  • @chaosrokkfreak Well, without me doing this Christians will win the war or religion, and the arising new consciousness that I believe to be sweeping through us all will fail to happen. Although I feel truth will always find its way to the top, there needs to be people who put the idea in the universe of others. Whether they want to believe it or not, it needs to be said so the ones that want to let go of their religion can. Not saying any of you will even read or care about this.

  • @chaosrokkfreak First off you should realize that having a belief system, a set of thoughts that you regard as ABSOLUTE TRUTH does not make you spiritual no matter the nature of those beliefs. The more your thoughts into your identity, the more you cut yourself off from the spiritual dimension within yourself.. Many"religious" people today are stuck at that level. They equate truth with thought, and as they are completely identified by thought they claim to be in possession of the truth in an

  • @chaosrokkfreak unconscious attempt to protect their identity. Unless you believe what they believe you are wrong in their eye, and not too long ago would have been ok for killing me over that reason. Some still do. Now with this new conciousness on the rise people all over are letting go of their religion and realizing that how spiritual you are has nothing to do with a set of beliefs, but everything to do with your state of consciousness. We are witnessing an influx of consciousness right

  • @chaosrokkfreak now but also a hardening of the ego. Some religious groups will be open to the new conciousness but others will intensify their positions and identify with all the structures from which the collective ego thrive on. Fortunately for us new thinkers the ego is destined to dissolve, so really no matter what you do truth will reveal itself and shatter any other version of it with ease. There is a lot more to this my friend then belief, and just having it this way or that way.
