As said before, its stepmania. It uses your fingers for the most part. You can get a pad for your feet for the comp. but meh

its on stepmania, a downloadable program. you could easily google-search it, and its free. the vid. uploader was using a skin/theme for it, so... you might not be experiencing the same thing.

this interests me to find that simfile and start playing stepmania again...
