YOu have to understand that those were very stylish outfits in the 1970's. I know, because my mother wore similar outfits, and she was very stylish back then. Karen was very into fashion back then, but also dressed a bit conservative due to their image...

I disagree: This is a shortened version of the song, as part of a medley. I agree with someone else's statement that she laughs about the end of the preceding segment, with its sound effect.

she was laughing I think because someone or something crashed or dropped or fell down. The audience is eating and drinking at tables so mabey some dishes broke!!! I would laughed, I don't know how she made it through the song
