It is easer when it is a plantation. However, in tropical natural forest is more complicate because it is necessary to manage the natural regeneration based on its ecology. Not ease, but not impossible!

its easy to manage forestry, one way is to harvest an acre then replant the acre in trees again, then harvest another acre and replant that too.. and do that every year until the first acre you planted is ready to harvest
