  • Thanks for the feedback, the first exercise is not a regular pull-up its a combination of a burpee, pull-up and partial muscle-up. Its really not that easy did you try it? And the other exercise you commented on is call a dumbbell splash and it a multi-planer functional exercise that is great for transfer of power from the ground up through the core. Again you should try it, it gets your heart rate up pretty good.

    but anyway good workout if wanna become a real spartan.
