Hiro Mashima: Draws extreamly fast can draw a whole detail panel in less than 3 minutes.

Eiichiro Oda: Pretty fast artist takes him 3 days to complete a chapter.

Masashi Kishimoto: A kind of slow drawer but is very good at what he does.

Tite Kubo: A fast drawer but never has backgrounds.

Akira Toriyama: A fast artist was said to of once completed a DBZ chapter in 2 days.

Osamu: A quick artist one of the best.

Rumiko: A fast and slow artist.

I like Mashima's work but some of his designs look too much like characters already made. Although he's a good mangaka I don't think he would be too good of a character designer because most his characters look like characters from other series.

Okay looked at the earlier comments here. why is it that everyone must compare Fairy Tail and One Piece? yea, the drawing style may be similar, but I can still see lots of different in their style. after all Mashima and Oda have studied under the same mangaka, or else did hiro mashima worked for Oda in some time, can't remember. anyway then its clear that their styles are similar. I myself am a fan of Fairy Tail but both manga are good, and Yes One piece is a alot more popular than fairy tail

No, Eiichiro Oda is the creator of one piece. And there's no announcement of a animation studio offering to do a fairy tail anime series, it's too early for that kind of thing anyway. I rather the manga finishes before a talk about a tv series comes up.
