  • Jumping around vs going next to next sounds like a good tip.

    Drill cord wasn't near an area where it could melt... I felt completely safe.

  • @MarkETroy im not really refering to melting the cord, im meaning that your passing an electrical current through what the drill is laying on.

  • just also realised, i wouldnt wanna leave my electric drill laying on something im welding... food for thought.

  • if anyone trys this, you should really be jumping around vs, going next to next. expecially running flux.

  • @mstngsrule68 ya its not a huge deal with the floor because its got the grooves but you have to watch distortion doing that too.i would work outside in

  • wire speed shod have ben lower just a tad, with a creap feed but who cares
