I've been following a weight plan by Scooby1961 on here. He's a nice guy.. makes me think of a muscular Herman Munster.. and his exercises are all basic and specific. He has a free website with who exercise plans for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. I've been doing the Advanced. He's good.
