The song is by composer Paul Mottram and is called "Umanadebe" which is available on a licensed music site if you Google it.

no, it probably won't cause an uproar...but if the story exists an alternate universe, why is the title "Hawaiian" puppies? Because the characters wear grass skirts and sing in gibberish, all while in a jungle? Seems like a stereotype to me...

Well, normally Hawaiian locales are stereotypically tropical, not jungle-ish, but I suppose you're also offended that Kansans are portrayed as farmers in Courage the Cowardly Dog or that Apu runs a gas station in The Simpsons?
