  • Jordan was overhyped beyond belief, and sheeple eat it up. Lol. Guy won Nothing without Scottie Pippen! NOTHING! Not even one playoff game.

  • kobe cannot win rings without shaq or gasol or fisher or artest ...and stats show why jordan is goat...and we debating here the best player between two, we are not debating how many championships they made

  • Jordan is waaay overrated, before Scottie Pippen the Bulls were getting swept by Detroit. Did Jordan even win a playoff game before Pippen??? LMAO!!!

  • @espdemon

and he is not overrated, he just dominated the league that time. Even he did not made his championship for 7 years, still he has high scoring percentage during his rookie days, imagine the 69 points against celtics with larry bird

  • @netcap001. Jordan also benefited big time from no zone defense. It was illegal to double team, when Bryant has the ball he is double teamed on nearly EVERY possession. Pffffffft... Please. You Jordan homers can't have it both ways. Jordan was guarded by cupcakes like Ehlo, Hawkins & Vinnie Johnson... Pffffft..

  • @espdemon

yes no zone defense on jordan's era, but zone defense will not s worked againts elite players, man to man is more preferable because it closed gap of passing lanes, zone only applies to ballhogs and team in foul trouble . At that time there was no 3 sec rule for depending center, so its hard to penetrate easily inside because big man was just waiting on you. And i disagree with you that double was illegal that time, actually the "JORDAN RULES" explains it all.I do not ellaborate more

  • @espdemon i thought i saw kobe trying to guard him here, are u saying kobe was a cupcake? the pistons along with other teams did more than double Mj, they triple teamed him. Jordan ruled the NBA until he stepped down from the bulls. Kobe is not even the best in the nba right now. No more comparisons to MJ. Try Lebron. Wade or Rose.

  • @blackadam06. Jordan would also push off with his off hand and swipe away the hand checking, he never got called for it. Spare me the malarchy about how Jordan was scoring on Craig Ehlo and Vinnie Johnson. He never lit up defenders like Ron Artest. He did it against cupcakes. But He dunked a lot so the media loved him. Keep buying those sweatshop Nikes everybody! Let's make China rich!!! Yaaaay!!!

  • @DevilzDandruff look at pacers vs wizards when mj was defended by artest. come back and apologize to everyone for telling lies. artest had nothing for mj

  • @blackadam06 The Jordan homers are out in full force.. Hand checking?? Lmaooo.. Ever Chicago Bull fand admit that defensive players couldn't touch Jordan without a whistle!!! You haven't watched him get phantom bailout calls/no calls his whole career? Non more obvious then the no call when he pushed Russell out of the way against the Jazz in the finals.

  • @DevilzDandruff Haven't you ever seen the Pistons or Knicks series from the late 80s early 90s? If they did that tried to do that stuff with today's rules Jordan would have shot 50 free throws a game.

  • @DevilzDandruff kobe fan talking about that. i guess you missed it when kobe bryant elbowed mike bibby in the face and was awarded two free throws to save the 2002 WCF,did you forget about that?how about his elbow to jameer nelson before he passed for fisher to hit the 3 to send the game to overtime in the 09 finals game 4? or better yet,how is bryant very close to jordan in free throws despite all those jump shots?you have no room to talk about calls as a bryant fan, hear me?

  • @DevilzDandruff

That was nice of the refs to put the ball in the hoop for him too. If only the Pistons and the Knicks would have Ded him a little.....eyes roll...They did everything but punch him.

  • kobe used as an MJ decoy for the stackhouse jam to win it! amazing JORDAN rules!!!

  • couldnt stop fouling mike could you bitch ass kobe?

  • Nice finish to the game. Wiped that dumbass grin off of rick fox's face...

  • no ones ever really made a argument about kobe being better so i dont understand where the comparisons come from.. kobe never said it.. hes just trying to be the best... should he aim to be second best? no you always try to be the best

  • Agree

  • Jordan still the best.........

  • @Jizzhunt. I've watched both of them in their prime and Kobe has consistantly made more difficult shots than Jordan, even Kobe haters agree with this so whatever. if you wanna talk about getting "hacked" the 90s were the 80s with panties. Thats why Jordan never won anything in the 80s.

  • @DevilzDandruff so all those reverse moves and overshoulders layups jordan did does not equal amount to how many so called diffcult shots kobe took? What about all fade aways, or even shots/score Jordan did against tougher and more physical defense? Kobe scored his highest avg when NBA game rules changed to make offense player life easier

  • @DevilzDandruff

"Kobe has consistantly made more difficult shots than Jordan"

1st of all that's a damn lie, but in case that "appears" to be the case, here's why:

"When we [disallowed] the use of the [hand] & [forearm] to the [body], the [defensive 3-second rule] in [conjunction] with the [hand check] interpretation, [gave] offensive players on the [perimeter], [more] offensive [freedom]."

-- Stu Jackson; NBA Exec. VP of Operations; "Season Review with Stu Jackson", May 5, 2007

    Try again kiddo..

  • @DevilzDandruff

"the 90s were the 80s with panties"

    Oh really?

Only 64 teams in the history of the sport allowed fewer than 101 pts per 100 possessions. 1993-04 saw 48 teams do it, meaning 7 of those seasons were in the 90s kiddo.

The 90s was "THE" defensive era dumb ass..SMH

"Thats why Jordan never won anything in the 80s"

No that's because he was on a lottery team.

By '89 he'd already played with 43 different teammates (3 different starters) and 3 different coaches.

    That's why he often lost..

  • Whos this guy number 8, i'm pretty sure there is no number 8 on the lakers

  • before:

    michael is a teacher

    and kobe is a student

    now:

kobe is a teacher and lebron is a student who still never learned yet!

  • @iHateDIS9 Well, Lebron is 10-2 vs Kobe in their last 12 meetings and he outperformed Kobe yesterday.

  • @Mikhailisrafeel23 dude. Omg go back to be or w.e. the fucking fadeaway was NOT invented by jordan to your fucking research. Kobe himself even Jordan himself have all said it in interviews. They have studied games from previous stars like jerry west wilt Kareem people that you wouldn't understand unless you did your research. But im fussing u didn't. Dumbass

  • @jizzhunt Jordan DID NOT make NEARLY as many tough shots as Kobe does game in game out. Kobe is the most talented player ever.

  • @DevilzDandruff Jordan is the king of the circus shot. Even Phil Jackson has eluded to MJ having bigger hands giving him the advantage over Kobe. Don't forget Jordan's hang time was superior to Kobe's as well. peace.

  • @DevilzDandruff Are you kidding me? I'm not trying to take anything away from Kobe, but for you to say that he did not take as many tough shots as Kobe is ludicrous. Don't forget that almost every time MJ drove the basket he would get hacked by guys bigger than him, but yet he still managed to make his shots. Kobe is good at making difficult shots, but to say that MJ is nowhere near him in that category is just flat out whack!

  • @jizzhunt let's not compare bodies or hands. Jordan wins hands down. That's more of a LeBron /jordan argument. Kobe. Has a higher IQ. Extremely tough on playing through on injuries. Not saying kobe is better overall but he does have some better qualities than jordan

  • @BABYBOYNUNI Just straight up, I know you're wrong and Jordan can never be topped. But I do want to say that I really respect you for carrying a serious debate with Sir Jizz Hunt and not resorting to trolling. 'Cause he's asking for it, and I know I would have.

  • @TheWUYAR How am I asking to be trolled when I am just stating some facts and not trying to illicit a harmful response? Please enlighten me oh wise one...

  • @jizzhunt First off, it's creepy as fuck that you are replying to a comment that I never tagged you in. Do you really stalk these comment boards just to talk to another human?

Second of all, Jizz Hunt, I will enlighten you, cause it's obvious you fucking need it.

Illicit means illegal not receive you dumb dickhole. Just quit trying to draw attention to your dumbass and go fuck yourself until you jizz, cunt.

  • @TheWUYAR Wow, so much anger in you and just because I chose to reply to other posts you suddenly assumed that I was asking to be trolled. Well, anyway you've said your piece and I am not gonna bother trying to get into a flame war with you. If you are gonna continue to reply to me with immature insults complete with sexual references, then be my guess, until then, good day to you sir. :)

  • @jizzhunt Oh, right, I'm sorry. I forgot Sir Jizz Hunt was much too mature for sexual jokes. He's beyond that phase of his life; an educated, better man. But, judging from the amount of garbage comments you litter this video with, it's obvious you don't care about starting a flame war, so quit acting like you're some kind of hero, bitch.

And yes, I will be your "guess" and make as many fucking sexual references as I want to.

  • @kennygee90

"kobe face the 2 best modern eras best defences of all time"

Well lets ask current Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau on who was better defensively between his 90s knicks & '08 Celtics, since he built both defenses:

"Right now I'd say the [New York] teams were [much better] and [more physical], because at that time you were [allowed] to play much more [physical], and we had [greater size]."

    -- Tom Thibodeau: "Tom Thibodeau Q & A", by Kevin Pelton; basketballpspectus . com, Mar 25, 2008

    OWNED!

  • @kennygee90

Those 90s knick teams were DEMONSTRABLY superior defensively to the 2008-10 celtics. They has a lower Drtg and they forced opponents to shoot WORSE from the field!

And under the old defensive rules they were allowed to be MUCH MORE physical, had BETTER perimeter defense and a SUPERIOR post defender/shotblocker in Ewing.

Hell the '96 Sonics were just as good, if not BETTER than them as well!

Go look at the ppg allowed & Drtg of that team vs BOS and get a good laugh LOL!!

  • @blackadam06 kobe just takes more difficult shots than jordan. Fadeaways=kobe. Phil jackson himself said it. "Kobe is a better shooter than Jordan ".

  • @BABYBOYNUNI In terms of 3 pointers, I'd say Kobe is better. But in terms of consistency with the fade away, then MJ would be the better man here. Hell, Jordan took shots that were as difficult as the ones that Kobe's pulling off right now. And he did it in an era where the defense was more physical and when hand checking was allowed.

  • @BABYBOYNUNI MJ>KOBE IN FG% NOW WHO IS THE BETTER SHOOTER? JORDAN INVENTED THE FADEAWAY! KOBE JUST LEARNED IT FROM THE MASTER!

  • Comment removed

  • Jordan took Kobe to school. :)

  • @jizzhunt. Jordan played in a more physical era BUT if you actually saw him play .. defenders could not touch the guy without a whistle from the officials.. Jordan got away with more BS than any other player I've seen. Also if you think that the NBA was physical in the 90s than you obviously never watched the NBA during the 80s.

  • @DevilzDandruff I won't deny the fact that MJ did get the Superstar treatment back then, and Kobe's not exactly spared from this either. He also gets away with a lot of BS that most of today's refs just turn a blind eye to. I was born in 1986, so of course I was never able to see the NBA of the 80's. But at least I got an idea of how difficult it was to drive to the paint back then because of the way teams like the bad boy Pistons used to play. And I respect ur opinion, but MJ>KB.

  • (continued) What they don't realize is that Kobe dropped 44 in the 1st half on Stackhouse NOT Jordan. And they also miss out the fact that 1)The game wasn't that important 2) Jordan shut Kobe down in the 2nd half when he guarded him. I'm not a Kobe fan nor a hater. I admire his game and I think he is the best in the league right now. But he will NEVER EVER be as great as MJ was.

  • @jizzhunt

"What they don't realize is that Kobe dropped 44 in the 1st half on Stackhouse NOT Jordan"

Oh they realize it, but they PURPOSELY omit that fact when claiming he's better than MJ. They also never want to acknowledge that when MJ did switch over & guard him in the 2nd half of that game, he forced kobe into 1-13 shooting LOL!!

Ever notice how kobe homers always focus on MJ's Wizard seasons?

They do this because it levels the field and makes for a more FAVORABLE comparison for kobe LOL!!

  • What I find sad about today's fans who claim that Kobe is better than Jordan is that they never got to see MJ in his prime and we did. He played in an era where there were numerous HOF big men guarding the paint(Ewing, Hakeem, Mutombo, D-Rob, Malone, Parish (80's) ) and where there were a ton of all stars who were still in their prime like Grant Hill, Stockton, Barkley, Drexler. Kobe fans usually base their arguments off of Kobe's high scoring games and that 55 pt game against the wizards...

  • BRYANT ALWAYS BETTER THAN JORDAN

  • @DevilzDandruff Nope. Even BRYANT himself has said that MJ is the greatest player of all time, and that he will never be able to accomplish what Jordan has. He just wants to be the best that he(Kobe) can be and not be compared to the greatest basketball player of all time. Hell, even legends like Bird, Magic Johnson, and Jerry West have said that there could possibly be no one better than MJ on the court.

  • @DevilzDandruff

Yeah at consistently missing more shots per game, series & seasons, and disappearing in the team's biggest games.

  • kobe doesnt have the body jordan has. or the body lebron has. kobe is a better shooter than jordan in all aspects and lebron, kobe's IQ is higher than boths. only reason why kobe's fg%is lower than jordan;s is because kobe takes difficult shost IMO. and the reason why jordans ppg are higher than kobe's is because he entered the league at a more mature age. the game was different then and is different now! please dont compare kobe to jordan. jordan is the G.O.A.T. followed by kobe.

  • @BABYBOYNUNI your crazy

  • @BABYBOYNUNI

" kobe is a better shooter than jordan in all aspects"

He shoots TWICE as many 3ptrs as MJ, but isn't even a full 1% ahead of him in career 3pt%? MJ shot 33% in career playoff 3pt% (just like kobe), and shoots BETTER than him in career finals 3pt% (37%> 28%).

And when it comes to career made shots inside the 3pt arc, he DEMOLISHES kobe LOL!!

  • eso es loas 38 años imagoinense alo 33 como le hubiera ido a coby,, bryan

    ,

  • he is 38 this season, but he is PLAYING Like a 25 years oLd...

  • check my channel. songs from the Verbal Thoughts Mixtape are on there. you can get the whole mixtape from the datpiff website. the name's duke by the way aka rtj

  • kobe is great but is not MJ great.

  • JORDAN always better than BRYANT.

  • Comment removed

  • Jordan is really the best.

  • Jordan d best!

  • this is old man Michael vs a 23 yr old Kobe.

Michael at 23 was avg 37 a game

  • Comment removed

  • MJ loves jumpshots.. :) and jumpshots loves mj :)

  • kobe can`t defeat jordan

  • amazing!!!

  • I can belive michael jordan

  • Jordan never lost in the finals...kobe had lost two times one to the celtics last game by 40 points, got swept by the Mavs, wtf common got owned by the Mavs, the old pistons, knicks, and Suns are better than the Mavs.

  • @mrcheckmateX

blew a 3-1 series lead where he quit on his team in game 7

has no monster games in playoffs only regular season play

has missed the playoffs. if you're so goo you cant put your team in the playoffs where 1/2 the teams make it?

  • Robert Horry is the clutchest basketball player ever

  • in last part,, look at number 8, it was not smart defense...

  • DID HE JUST SAY "GOAL"? 5:28

  • Get off jordans nuts

  • @Superice45u don't know what the he'll your talking about they were champs but the team wasn't the same and Shaw wasn't playing. Their chemistry was completely messed up. As a matter of fact they were under 500.

  • Lakers get CP3..!!!

  • @mikenotnumberone1 VETO'D BITCH

  • "This channel is not available."---pussy

  • @mikenotnumberone1 HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! wait wait, im not done yet.......HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

  • 2002? the number seems familiar oh yea the Lakers won the championship that year

  • michael gettn help from the refs at 2:53 that wasnt a foul..

  • To the idiot who said remember when Kobe dropped 42 in one half on Jordan? First of all did you even watch the game? He did that on Stackhouse and Russell. Second of all it was 44 in one half so you definitely don't know what you're talking about. Jordan had nearly 30 in a game against the champion lakers at 40. Imagine what he would have done in his prime against them.

  • Everyone was like, "final shot is mj, swarm him", he tricked dem bigtime, lol

  • wow, that was a great game ending

  • to me it is pointless to compare the two, jordan dominated his era. And kobe dominated the new era. But if people keep saying michael has more stats than kobe, u also need to know that michael era was not as competitive as now. Jordan will always be all time great, but u cant deny how good kobe is and u know his no less better than jordan. Both equal.

  • @ai20896

maybe you havent watched 80's and 90' era... that was the most competitive.

  • @ai20896 the 90's was not a weaker era, by any means, in fact it was tougher, and if you compare jordan to kobe as to whose better, which should never be done because there is no comparison, then jordan exceeds kobe for a number of reasons. each reason can easily be elaborated on but should already be known if you watched both of them play and have followed their legacies.

  • @roostercogburn190644

Well put. An explanation is not needed if you seen both play. MJ was CLEARLY better than Kobe in every facet of the game.

  • @ai20896 Michael's era not competitive? Dude, the NBA of the 90's was one of the most competitive eras of all time. The defense back then was tighter and you couldn't drive to the hoop without someone wrestling you in mid-air. Guys like Michael, Grant Hill, Penny, Payton, Malone, David Robinson, and Shawn Kemp had to deal with this sort of D on a nightly basis. There were a lot of great players during MJ's era. The only problem for them was they met MJ when he was at his prime.

  • KOBE BETTER

  • People who think Kobe is better than Jordan is insane. Jordan played in an era with more true superstars, everyone could shoot outside, true big men, hand checking was allowed, hard fouls were not unusual, and he still dominated, not to mention Jordan's supporting cast was never as good as Kobe's, the bulls never had a dominant center and still one championships. And Kobe's stats aren't even close to Jordan's so im trying to figure out how you all fill this way. The NBA right now is soft as cot

  • I cannot fathom anyone, old enough to have seen Jordan play in his prime day-in day-out, thinking Kobe is on the same level as Michael...

  • KOBE will never be MJ, ENOUGH SAID!

  • Last play with the game on the line... the offense getting a free drive for a dunk? what a FAIL

  • Oh and as for Kobe getting nearly 50 PTS at half vs Wizards in 2003---MJ was not guarding him, Stackhouse mainly was. Bad coaching move by Collins because Outside of SHaq that Laker team had no more help for Kobe so they should've stuck MJ on him and even at old age he holds Kobe to lesser PTS.

  • @JZ2001JC You think the Jordan from the late 80s early 90s that fought hard against the Pistons on Knicks, would've let Kobe score that many? There is no way...he was too competitive to allow that to happen. He would switch assignments, guard Bryant, and impose his almost psychotic will to out-perform the competition. :)

  • @wavetoyou. I agree. Mj at that age 40 basically listened to his coach instead of doing the right thing and Kobe got the 40 on other WIzards players.

  • What would have been cool if MJ of 2001-03 could have been on a Title Contending team and his greatness of being an excellent 3rd/4th wheel on a Title contendor would have been great way for him to end and get more rings. On a bad team like WIzards he was best player with a sucky team and nothing team-wise happened. I wish he was traded to the Sacramento Kings and MJ would have been the clutch they needed to beat LA instead of all the other guys folding in the clutch such as Peja, Webber, etc.

  • @9tailNARUTOYAHH

Jordan's dunk on mourning is here, /watch?v=WYFvpVuMN_Q

  • Wow dumbass guys thinkin wisdom comes with age. I said he is the only HOF shotblocker jordan dunked on. Mutumbo was skinnny. Shaq got dunked on when? Alonzo dunked on by Jordan video is where? You try so hard to put kobe down why? And Kobe will forever be in the shadow of who? Kobe is known worldwide, bilingual, and making things happen in todays more advanced more competitive era.

  • @9tailNARUTOYAHH. LOL Todays NBA is not even close to being more competitive than MJ's era. Pass me some of that stuff you must be smoking to say stupid comments like that LOL.

  • @9tailNARUTOYAHH not exactly. MJ entered the NBA when it still has many superstars and legends like Dr. J, Dominique wilkins, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul Jabbar. And with him there were many superstars like Charles Barkley, Clyde Drexler, Karl Malone.

When Kobe entered the league most superstars of the 90's were already past their primes and the only rival he really had were T-Mac and now finally Wade and Lebron.

Mj dominated the 1990's while Kobe the 1st decade of the new millenium.

  • @9tailNARUTOYAHH

You don't sound credible when you don't even know that Jordan dunked on Alonzo, Jordan used to shit on Zo everytime they met, another kobe homer busted.

  • @Hawkhunter07 No one dunked on zo like Vince carter..that was hysterical! LOL

  • @mikenotnumberone1

    My point still stands

  • @Hawkhunter07 oh I agree. MJ destroyed Zo! Zo opened his big mouth in the playoffs and it just got worse..he also talked trash in 1995..which Jordan calmly closed shut too. I am still pissed that the NBA took out those knicks in the suspensions of 1997. That Knick team was loaded and I believe had a chance at those Bulls. Houston, starks, LJ, Ewing, oakley..man....that would have been a great matchup.

  • amazing

  • I dont care what anyone says, I dont think MJ is better than Kobe in their primes. period. Dont get me wrong Jordan's greatness cant be matched but skill for skill, strictly basketball..Kobe>MJ...even PHIL jackson himself said it.

  • @lorenllbj88

    are u high on drugs ? :]

  • @joshgwapoful if the drug is called common sense....yes :)

  • @lorenllbj88

ok if u say so :]

  • @lorenllbj88 .finally !!! ...

if Kobe would have played before Jordan, people would say "Jordan will never be as good as Kobe"

but in my eyes- Kobe's done everything MJ has and Kobe's better overall

  • @CJ4Tha9Tray Wow kid! haha!

You've obviously NEVER seen MJ in his prime or are just VERY ignorant.

No, Kobe would have been trying to be like Dr. J and would have tried to copy his whole style, just like he does now with MJ. Kobe says so himself. He COPIES moves and mechanics.

Kb is severely lacking in comparison to MJ. He needs 8 scoring titles, 4 MVP's, 4 Finals MVP's, 3 stls titles, avg 8 reb and 8asts in the same season, DPOY,100 blks and 200 stls in the same season TWICE!

    JUST TO TIE!!

  • @mjordanisnumber1

i agree with you mate. one thing that kobe is better than jordan? i think kobe shoots better from the outside. thats just it. but the rest ill go for jordan... leadership, competitiveness, the will... etc etc etc

  • @lorenllbj88 you haven't watched jordan in his beginnings. you gotta be blind dude to think that kobe is more skilled than MJ.

  • Legendary Jordan schools wannabe Jordan Kobe.

  • MJ

  • wow even at 40, jordan you are truly the king of basketball.

  • FACE it KOBE is JORDAN of this era......

  • @mikayskyko25 except he's not cuz he he has one pathetic MVP. tell me how that is dominant in any way.

  • Kobe dominating, nothing has changed.

  • remeber when Kobe dropped 42 in one half on Jordan? LOL

  • @243354 Remember how old was Jordan that time?

  • @Pro1rus remember when people appreciated all the legends instead of constantly trying to tear their them down to boost another player?sad ain't it.

  • @243354 remember when jordan then shut him down in the last 2 quarters?

  • @lebronshaqfaction remember when the lakers were already up 25 at that point because of the way kobe destroyed him in the first half?42 pts. one half. LOL

  • @243354 thats cuz he was ballhoging the ball that night? yeaa i remember

  • @lebronshaqfaction HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

  • @lebronshaqfaction oh u mad

  • @243354

remember kobe's first game against jordan and kobe asked jordan for some tips on how he to shoots fade away turn over jumps... :)

btw: did you watched it or did not?

  • @243354 kobe is good but JORDAN IS GOD

  • @blackadam06

calm down, Kobe lit there whole team up, and no Jordan didn't guard him you idiot.

  • @Jayyeee24

He DID guard him in the 2nd half, and held him to 1-13 shooting..

If U dumb ass kids weren't so busy basing your perception on what REALLY happened in that game on kobe's "highlights", U might have bothered to notice that..

  • Now you want to know what it was like when Jordan could dominate both ends of the floor??? well, go back to the 1988 season. Not only he would average 35ppg, but also 3.16 steal per game. See, a lot of time when coaches need it, guards would have to conceide or sacrifice their offense a bit in order to compliment their defense.....NOT JORDAN, any time he was dominating in defense, his offense output was even better. And that, throughout an entire season, not just one game. HOLD 3 steal title!!

  • people, ya need to understand that the purpose of a game is to win solely!!! therefore if the best strategy to achieve that goal is to preserve an aging MJ by keeping him from working too hard on both ends of the floor (by both scoring and guarding Kobe)...then that is just what the coaches are going to do...THEY NEED HIS SCORING..Let the other young guys defend a quicker Kobe!!!! what is wrong with that??????

  • 2:54 was not a foul thats BS

  • brbrbrlrlrlggblngrhsneeer...micheal jordan!

  • MJ would have fouled Kobe out if he was prime. How many times has Kobe fouled MJ in the few games they met?

  • i love kobe but you know your the GOAT when your the one controlling your own playing time lmao

  • Yeah refs definitely helped MJ on dat play at 2:54 smh that was clean hard defense..FUCK YOU DAVID STERN BITCH!!

  • @LiLSiCk916 put your gun down this happened 9 years ago

  • 2:54 how was that a foul though? looked like good defense to me. Idk why MJ wouldn't guard Kobe..Oh well Kobe came back the next game and dropped 55 on em aha.. Don't get me wrong im not tryna start a fucking MJ vs KB fight on youtube, MJ is GOAT hands down but he was too scared to guard kobe , and thats understandable at this age..

  • @LiLSiCk916 Whenever teams plyed vs Shaq he was the focus of the defense not Kobe. Also Phil Jckson said MJ at this stage was too slow to gaurd Kobe..he couldnt he wasnt scared.

  • @LiLSiCk916 Also the foul at 2:54 was not an upper body foul it was lower body.Anybody who knows basketball knows MJ had the strongest base of any gaurd in history once he got down there you couldnt move him.

  • @LiLSiCk916

"Kobe came back the next game and dropped 55 on em"

That was primarily against Stackhouse considering that's who guarded him the 1st half.

"he was too scared to guard kobe"

    Really?

I seem to recall MJ switching over to guard kobe in he 2nd half of that 55 pt game, and what happened?

1-13 shooting by kobe in the 2nd half..

Funny how ignorant ass kobe homers like U conveniently leave that out though.

  • @blackadam06 Halftime, Kobe 42 points Lakers no chance of losing this game, If they have Jordan mostly for offense everyone making excuses for him not guarding kobe y not play your "role" and drop 30 or more to atleast give some fight. Kobe had a Shaq but "knowadays" with evrey center playing good defense like Bogut Perkins even as little as Turiaf, imagine what Kobe would have done if he had a Pippen Artest is good but age is significantly showing (missed fastbreak dunk)

No one's making excuses, we're just adding some perspective to this discussion & stating the facts about it, something U ignorant ass kids today seem to lack & avoid doing for obvious reasons.

"play your "role" and drop 30 or more"

    U ignorant clown!

What 40 yr old is gonna go out & consistently do that?!!

Do U hear how STUPI U sound?!! SMH..wow

And don't talk to me about centers playing good defense today, because MJ did it in a Golden Era of HOF Big Men, so please!

  • @blackadam06 I meant drop 30 this game, and HOF centers is 1 thing, HOF shot blockers is another. U don't see MJ highlights on Hakeem, on Shaq, Alonzo, David Robinson blocked shots but not known for shot blocking, and Ewing is only HOF shotblocker. He got Mutumbo but Mutumbo was skinny as hell, 240 Scottie Pippen weighed almost as much. put some perspective on what i said now cuz I wasn't bashing his 2002 season

  • @9tailNARUTOYAHH

U do realize that there are highlight vids of MJ dunking on EVERY LAST ONE of the guys U just named right?

I mean seriously man..how old are U to have said something that DUMB & uninformed?

Contrary to the belief of U silly ass kids today, it doesn't make U less of a person to say that U don't know much about MJ's career, rather than getting on here & making yourself look like an utter moron with these ridiculous innuendos.

Patrick Ewing only a HOF shot blocker?

    SMH..wow

And B4 U try to diss Mutumbo, U should try familiarizing yourself with his career accolades & accomplishments on the defensive end 1st. He was a 4x Defensive Player Of The Year recipient and a perennial member of the All Defensive Team throughout his career.

That's not even including his All NBA team & All Star selections!

Disrespectful, childish ignorance from clowns like yourself is WHY longtime knowledgable fans show NO RESPECT for your generation.

U guys are a BAD JOKE!

  • @9tailNARUTOYAHH

not gonna comment on MJ and Kobe, just gonna say YOU ARE AN IDIOT!

  • @marvanlee right attack the critic and not the criticism, how is that gonna help me progress? I'm not too bent out of shape to notice Kobe's flaws and understand both sides. post a real comment

  • @9tailNARUTOYAHH when it comes to Michael Jordan, there is no room to discuss.

  • @marvanlee

Man U took the words right outta my mouth...

  • It's funny to see how aggressive Kobe was on defense especially when guarding Michael, and Michael can still fade this shit away and score.

  • MJ mastered ALL facets of the game. He knew how to play decoy at the end just by the feel of the game. GOAT!!!

  • in english?

  • Kobe rockin the citrus 7s

  • Mj was the passed kobe is now and the future__________...but Mj the GOAT

  • Michael Jordan at 40yr > Kobe in his prime
