  • OMG!

You just knock me out... O_o

  • Very good! When I start listening to this I think that a Bulgarian is singing. But on some plases I realize that I am wrong.I like your work! That deserves UP :]

  • LOVE IT

  • BRAVO LOVE IT

  • Good ! That is so cool ! Greet from Bulgaria ! =)

  • Thank you! =)

  • Bravo Roger!!!Try to sing the emblematic Cherno Feredje's song Араш Фукарата.It is the hardest song, because are used Gypsy accents.

  • I just don't know what to say. Thank you! When you said that you would sing something in Bulgarian I thought you were joking. But this is nice, great actually, and your pronounciation is really good. Tusen takk!

  • It was intended as a joke at first, but then you made me decide to just give it a go :)

I'm glad you liked it, I was indeed a bit worried about the pronounciation, but it seems like my words were understandable after all :)

  • Indeed they are! Only your L's are a bit Norwegian :) But otherwise one can't tell that it's not a Bulgarian singing. I noticed that Scandinavians can pronounce Bulgarian pretty well, which I find strange, as the languages are so different.

  • That's simply cool :) There are 100+ accents and dialects in Norway and I think in Valdres they use the Bulgarian L or similar at least (music: Vazelina Bilopphøggers)

  • Bravo viking!!!Start with Cherno Feredje's covers.

  • Thank you :) I will have a listen to Cherno Feredje, but Bulgarian is difficult ;)

  • Really enjoyed this, Roger. I was a big fan of the Bulgarian TV Women's Choir in the 1990s. They only occasionally performed with male soloists, so it's a real treat to listen to you. :)

  • Thank you Sir, Bulgaria's way of music is varied, and some songs, like this one, are very enjoyable

I'll have a listen to the BGTV choir when I get the chanse, thanks for the tip and your comment :)

  • Roger, I obviously have no clue about the words, but I love the melody and your voice is great. I like it. 5*****

    Mark

  • Hi Mark, I think the song is about being in love with an ignorant beauty, that metaforically equals a human wishing to make a pale and cold-eyed doll come to life

    Thanks for your great comment!

    Roger

  • Hi. I only wanted to add that "Kukla" means "a doll". Otherwise, Roger's explanation is quite right. By the way this is one of Bulgaria's most popular and loved songs. And it was released in the beginning of the 90's which is a very important time for us, and this makes it very valuable to us. I'm glad you liked it!
