DUDE! From one musician to another, RIGHT ON!!!! I have ALWAYS love the bass in this tune and hearing it brought out shows how amazing it really is. EXCELLENT!
Nice song choice. I think Pino is a real master on the bass, yet coming after John Entwisitle with the Who in this generation, and doing so much session work, he never got the credit due him, whether melodic or funky. You play well, too! Obviously, I'm also a fan of Jaco Pastorius and Wictor Wooten...
Great playin! Love this track...Pino is unreal

wow. I've been a Floyd' fan and a bassplayer for about 15 years, and I think this was a perfect version.
I've been surfing youtube for Pino Palladino stuff lately, and it came as a surprise that the bassline in this song is played by him.
I've always thought it was David Gilmour who did the bass on this song.
Nice surprise!
Can you please make video of you playing John Mayer Trio - Wait until tomorrow?

Thank you for the apreciation! You're right about the bass: I love its tone (it's the closest I have found to a pre ernie stingray).

You deserve to have your own fanclub. If that happens someday, I will be the first one in it.
