Good job! I think you need to work on you balance because it looks like you bounce whenever you put weight on one leg. It is important that you hold your balance stances longer. Also, you need to work on keeping your lower leg straight while kicking and balancing. Pay attention to your back leg while doing arrow stances because it needs to stay straight as well.
