  • What is the name of this form?

  • Lo Han Chien...not bad :)

  • Very good as for a beginner. The punches are correct, the kicks high and fast, and there is dynamic in the form. well done, mate!!

  • Not bad kid. Keep it short and simple. You are waiving your arms around too much . Stick to the basic movements and ranges of motion . Conservation of energy and motion is very important.

  • i agree

  • 'Fist Of The Lo Han' great form,

you should post Bai Hur Chua Chou.

  • Nice going . :)

  • Drop your reverse stances, and you forward stances

  • wow, you're good at this!

  • thank you so much ,that means alot.

  • oh crap, I suck. I gotta get this thing back up to speed. now that i really look at, its horrible! bleh.

  • Thanks. I agree with you. Actually I think my balance is superb, but it had just got done raining and I was tring not to fall. But , I posted it, so.. I need to post some of my "shaolin birds" ...those are my fav's :). Thanks again

  • Good job! I think you need to work on you balance because it looks like you bounce whenever you put weight on one leg. It is important that you hold your balance stances longer. Also, you need to work on keeping your lower leg straight while kicking and balancing. Pay attention to your back leg while doing arrow stances because it needs to stay straight as well.
