this wasn't that fair. fun, but dumb on ello's part.. Ello made it so their kids would for sure win. those goals were in that book all according to their abilities. pretty immature/or gay or however you wanna put it. it woulda been sweet to see davis, eddie, CJ, and jaimes beat ello and then take 1st. because I'm sure the team wouldn'ta known what to do if someone else won. haha
I also want to add, that the goals in the book were not written according to our abilities. First off, our KOTC team was not even picked until the night before the event.
Second, the list of tricks was not solely compiled by ello skateboards. Some of the event sponsors helped out with the bag of tricks.
Lastly, if you still have a copy of the book you can turn to some of the ledge, handrail, and rail pages where team ello did not score very many points. Other teams scored much higher on these.

you got the story all wrong. a cop rolled up to us and tolled us to leave and josh said, "Fuck you" to the cop. went back to ollie over the rail, sliped out, shot his board into traffic, and the cop asked him questions and put him in the back of the cop car. Because his team members did what the cop said he let josh go free of charges
best team name +50 points ? I cant tell if your laughing with them or at them .. I hope your not laughing at them.
At any rate, there is something funny with one member on that team. His mom got very upset that he tried to complete the "40+ makeout with her friend..."

Yo homie, the list of tricks was plenty fair, maybe you didn't notice but there was a total of over 4000 possible points, ello only got 2100.
Any team had a chance to get all the points.
As for what to do if another team won, just go back to 2007. Volume skateboards won KOTC and they got the top prize, $500 cash.
If Davis, Eddie, CJ, and Jaimes would have won they would have scored the trip down to Chicago that RedBull provided.
Come out next year and have some fun.
