Diving the shipwreck Um-el-Faroud, Malta

I dived this Place just 2 Days ago in 2 consecutive dives, and it is one of the best spots around Malta very nice and very much to discover.

But as the other comments said: You must be in a good condition with the currents around, especially because they can change the direction.

You gonna be top-fit fvor this one Charlie! I remember this one dive back in 08/04. The currents around Wied iz-Zurrieq, and the events of April 87- GWS, never, ever loose sight of your buddy.

one of the divers who has a distinctive fin kick style must be a GUE diver. am i correct?

I'm not sure. The guy, Richard, was our divemaster, and was quite an experienced diver. GUE or not, he has a very neat frog kick style.

Fantastic wreck although the swim out to it is the biggest waste of air ever, which proved to be the case when my computer bleeped at me to come up at the same time I took the last breath out my tank lol. That what you get for diving with three tech divers who can stay down for far to long on 220 bar!!
