  • Salam aleykum

  • I've just finish reading "Sold" i now want to read "A promise to Nadia". I was deeply upset of the throught that Nadia was still in The Yemen. I know that Zana went through hell and i feel for her but i dont know how she coped with leaving her son there because i know i wouldn't be able to do that. It makes me SICK to think our Government didn't do much to help and i hope now that things have changed for the better

  • In U.S.A. there is a girl from Saudi Arabia some one sold her to an American guy when she was 12 years old, and now she is 21 years old and she is not a muslim any more but her name is. the Saudi gov. know about her and they ok it. a friend of mine told me a bout her and he was like why the Saudi gov. ok stuff like that. I was like hey next time u see her ask her, I am sure that she know some to say about her self.

  • Islam tells us not to treat people badly, these people I can't understand them, they are so corrupt and dishonest. Yemen Felix? Not anymore. Yemen Arab Bribeland.

  • londoner & commander have you been victimzed by hate crime ?? are you good yemenis or friend of yemen who feel pity about the situation in Yemen??? if you want to contribute with ideas then try to be more vivid & more transparent

  • Does Anybody know if Nadia Muhsen was ever released? Did she die? What happened to her children? i am reading a fascinating story of how she and her sister were sold as slaves and were tortured in Yemen

  • whos nadia muhsen and wat happened to her? i mean can u tell me where i can find her story

  • nadia is a woman who was sold, with her sister, to yemen families, by their own father years ago!!!!!search on google about nadia muhsen's story...

  • by there own father??????????? omg and thanx

  • sold andrew craft the writer and a promise to nadia. shes an britiah girl. zana muhsen and nadia muhsen 2 sister got sold to yemen men. they live live slaves in yemen. i hope nadia get out of there god be with her. you could get her buks in markets and book shops.

  • You should read the book called "Sold" by Andrew Crofts and Zana Muhsen. It tells the story of 2 English sisters "sold" as wives to 2 different families in Yemen and their tragic lives. Zana is free today but I believe Nadia is still living primatively over there.

  • they seem like very good books and ima try to go this week to get em

  • Iv just finished that book and im now on A Promise To Nadia

  • yeah, me too. i loved it

  • Yemenis are all ridiculously hooked on Qat, to the extent that the men buy their wives and children a bit of yoghurt on top of the rice for lunch, and spend their wages on Qat instead. And then they sit and drink Pepsi with the Qat and don't give any to their misereable children. How mean. And they are the most dishonest Arabs in the world, especially in the workplace and offices, watch your pockets from officials who earn more than their wages through big bribes to support Qat addictions.

  • Because of your betray against ottomans yemen is cursed land for Turks , our dead soldiers fought for Islam but araps helped england

  • WHERE IS NADIA MUHSEN??????????

  • whos that?

  • My friend Nadia Muhsen is living in a very good villa in Taiz and she is so happy with her five kids and husband ,she doesnot talk to her mother or her sister Zain anymore !!!

to be honest, I think she speaks to her father occasionaly wallahu ya'alam

  • you're friend Nadia is NOT allowed to talk to her family!!! She has no permission to make a call to her sister, or to go back to England, and see her! All man in Yemen are liers!!!LET NADIA FREE with her children and let HER decide if she wants to live in Yemen or in England....

  • Yo Qassem57, Nadia has 6 children not 5. And also woteva as appened 2 her woz not very good but after she dies, im sure she will b granted paradise. Inshallah

i just feel sorry 4 her!!

  • I also feel sorry for her if she was offended because she is like my sister and by the way i donot like personally how young women are deptived of enjoying thier childhood and forced via arranged marriage

  • nice video...but why is the music cut up?

  • i've seen better video's about yemen than this one.You need to improve some areas of this video. But good work though.

  • yemen is disgusting !!!!! it ruins the middle east looks in the world!!!!!tttttttffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

  • learn to speak english cunt.

  • why can't you talk like humanbeing ???

this country an open musuem that is many intellectuals al over the world prefer to visit despite of the danger of those faggots and the dirty goverment officials ruling that wonderful country and it's people...

  • how about the people working in deli's and stores and never make it to freshman in college

  • to be honest I cannot understand your english words or phrases (have no clue what you are talking about)

  • junior, you ignorant fool, just going by pure stereotypes. I am a yemeni guy, and i have a phramacist degree and i own three pharmacies, and i know of many other yemeneis. Yemenies are recent immigrants to the us, relative to other ethnic groups, so it takes time to catch up, but we are catching up.

  • I do love you,Yemen..! Straight from the heart.Thank you for posting this video about the Old Sana'a and other cities inside the beloved Yemen.

We're waiting your coming attractive videos.

Eid Mubarak and Many Happy Returns

  • Yemen GTR you are joking !!!! what is funny ??? you think thousand of hungry citizens in the streets are doing that for FUN or some kind of picnic????

what about those thousnads of poor ex army officers forced to stay indoow while they are as young as 30 years old while the 70 yrs old from north is drawing fimen men's salary???

  • u know Yemen is good and 'll be v good if president change ha i wonder till when he 'll stay in his position

  • ali abdulla saleh and his relatives are ruling the country, ocuupied the south by froce confiscating lands, humilating citizens and now fighting thier own people in the north. walaahi i feel ashamed being Yemeni, not in my name..

  • the gart's on me, chill out and i'll also buy you a box of 20 radfan and a bottle of haba hamara!! lol

  • nice video

  • yemenis are nice people,i love them, great foods too and culture, they are warm n humble.may GOD bless yemen and its people

  • Hi guys, could someone give me some information why they are killing lots of people in north of Yemen? Is it because of their religion or political actions? That's really bad.

  • What killings? can you tell us more about what you heard?

  • Hi Arabeeko, It's lots of news everywhere that Yemenis Goverment is fighting with it's people in the north. I think Shiite people. It's ridiculous. How could be possible that in a land the army is killing it's own people because they have different religion. Oh, come on, give me break. And recently some turists died in Yemen. What do you call these then? Playing film?

  • These things dont get announced in the news, I'll goggle it. Strange I have relatives in Yemen and didn't hear anything.

  • Are you joking. Where are you living? look at Al Jazira Tv or Press TV sending for middle east or other news man. Are you in isolated area. they are mass killing people in the north.

  • Yemen IS a beautiful country and I do love it very much. But I do have to admit, the Qat is destroying the country and its people. I've only tried Qat once in my lifetime and I will never do it again. It made me high...um I mean "alert" as my friends would say. LOL.

Here's a depressing fact: 60% of water is spent on Qat...Did you know that??!!

Makes me depressed thinking about it.

  • absolutely! and that's why our next war will be raged on qat and its supporters

  • Why don't you start with Ali A. Saleh and have him impose a law which will make Qat illegal? Actions speak louder than words my friend.

  • hi Deen; it's been a long time.

I read also your other comment on the "proud of you;" your comments are more mature now than they were months ago.

    thanx. I agree!!

  • Yemenfelix, that is your opinion in regards to my comments. In any case, are you in Yemen?

  • soul is there

  • Why are you at currently - I get the feeling your a female, but are you? All our souls long for Yemen.

  • no (I speak for Yemen here--I'm just being objective)

  • It depresses me too but we shouldn't lose hope and really do something about it. I think the media plays a big role and to educate people bit by bit through tv might be a quick and easy start.

  • yes it's a beautiful country. my homeland, i wish if i could live there forever. kat..huh. i did chew qat there when i was there 2 years ago.i got sick very badly, will never chew that thing again.people who plant the Qat use chemicals to make tree grow fast.chemicals that destroy the soil completely, so what about the human beings !!!!!! researches lately showed that the majority of yemenis have liver cancer, kidney stones, and so on.people are not realizing or in another words DONT CARE

  • Another 50yrs and our whole country will be a museum

  • beautiful country but backwards people. all they care is to chew khat

  • The chewing khat is true (up north) especially in Sana. But the backward mentality image is a stereotype. I know because I'm Yemeni myself and we are pretty confident and open minded. Which might confuse other Arabs who might consider it odd but we don't care :-)

  • I think many people see much of the Arab world as being 'backward'. Perhaps their ignorance is more indicative of their own intellectual backwardness. The Khat remark is hilarious considering thousands of westerners smoke and drink themselves to death every year.

  • You're right.

  • i totally agree with u

  • Some of the most intense, intelligent, educated, and brilliant people i have met, have been from the Arab world. I mean, look at Egypt, a society so over-educated that brilliant graduates struggle to find work. Most Arabs are also bilingual, whereas in Britain, most of us refuse to learn other languages out of sheer arrogance.

  • dear, dear.

  • nice

  • Viva La Yemen
