  • ok Wheres the trick

  • ¡¡¡ uıɐƃɐ ʎɐq-ǝ ɯoɹɟ pɹɐoqʎǝʞ ɐ ʎnq oʇ ƃuıoƃ ɹǝʌǝu ɯɐ ı

  • Is anyone else annoyed by this guy's voice?

  • whaaaaat

  • I think its fucking awesome^^ Obviously not everybody is aware or the surface integrety of water and how to break it with soap^^

  • pepper: you know what i hate.... soap....

    -guy sticks soap in-

pepper: AHHHH SOAAAAAAAAPPP!! -all the pepper rushes to the sides-

  • awesome it work

  • BEST TRICK EVER!!!! SO COOOL, how does it works?

  • Gay!

  • it works

  • lol u have a holy finger....youve got...A MOSES FINGER! lol

  • really nice

  • i used to love doing this when i was a kid. haha

  • oh say What !!

  • Omg when I was 11 I could explain that... Every1 knows that...

  • I'm totally doing this to my friends!!!!!

  • it might look stupid but the science behind it is cool

  • i learned this in gr 1

  • Lol stupid pepper

  • *tension

  • it meses up the surface tensio

  • You can also make a toy boat move a little bit with that.

  • woah, that is so cool

  • thats cool

  • Basically breaking the surface tension of the water, or the 'skin' of it.

  • i learned how to do that in 3rd grade

  • Cool video, amazing how fast the pepper reacted to the negative ingredients in the dishwashing soap.

  • lol i showed my sister and her jaw dropped XD

  • cool

  • why is it titled Friend and not Friend{s} ?

and if i did this people would think im weird or fucked up baked to the dome like i am right now

  • cuz you only have 1 friend

  • AMAZING!!!! but I don't wanna waste ingredients~ duh =3 (added to favorites, rated....no need to subscribe~)

  • ur a moron

  • you can do that with dirty dishes

  • If your friends are fooled by this, you hang out with morons.

  • Or children.

  • VERY TRUE!

  • @samgraves2 ur saying nonsense..cuz obviously u dont know how to explain how it happend..LMFAO!!

  • i tried this but my budgie drowned

  • i dnt get it

  • the soap breaks the surface tansion which holds up the peper you can do the same thing with paper clips

  • basically the soap is more dense then the pepper. and when he puts it on his hand and dip it in the water. it pushes away the pepper.

  • Thats a mug u mug

  • I can't remember him saying what he used was a mug...he just said to pour a cup of water into the bowl. Nothing there is him saying he is using a cup. He may just want us to use a cup; whereas he likes the idea of a mug

  • ur on to something

  • it works

  • lol australian accents sound funny on youtube

  • The water is normal water?

  • yes

  • What is this "wa-ta" you speak of?

    Where do I get it?

  • lol

  • Is that you jesus????

  • lol funny

  • haha my mum was like wft

  • cute trick

  • that was cool!!! =D

  • wtf how does that happen

  • The washing up liquid spreads across the surface of the water pushing the pepper outwards.

  • @Squiffilect no, the soap is a base, which lowers the surface tension of the water, making the pepper either sink or slide to the edge, usually with water it slides to the edge.

  • @Squiffilect not really, the soap just breaks the surface tension causing a "shockwave" pushing the peppers to the side.

  • how the hell did that happen

  • xDD

    REPORT

  • ahahah holy shit

  • wtf.. cool.. but why?

  • soap breaks the surface tension of water

you can do it with a paper clip too

  • veery cool

  • woah!

  • O.o

    MAGIC

  • it says to post it you can delete the comment later or now

  • made me laugh

  • wtf lol

  • dish washer by generation!!!

  • Cool.

  • awesome!

  • lol iv done that, i say in my fat uncle jumpin in a pool XDD

  • LOL!....

  • see some1 thinks it funny

  • ur right it is funny!...

  • what did u put on ur finger i don't understand it can any one tell me what it is exacly ?

  • dish washer

  • just soap you use to wash the dishes with.

  • Lol i just did this to my brother and it was funny as hel! he kept stickin his finger back into it over and over, and then he went into the kitchen, put some soap on his hand, came back put his finger in and said

"I saw it on youtube u dumbass!"

  • thats was ummmmmmmm

    kool i guess

  • Simple trick, the dish soap breaks the surface tension of the water, the pepper is sitting on that surface, so when it retracts from the center, it carries the pepper along with it.

  • IT GETS ME ALL THE TIME! :D

  • We did a lab like this in my Chem class. cept we put food coloring on the edges of a dish filled with milk and we used a tooth pick with soap on it. same thing, i like the colors tho cause they make like a tie dye :D

  • HOLY FUCKIN SHIT. LOL, I WAZ GONNA SAY HOLY SIMILIAR FROM ICARLY, BUT IM NOT :)

    sERIOSLY, hOLy FCUkin SHAT

  • way cool

  • I cant wait to show my sisters thanks for making this video!

  • oh dang it works

  • i just did this too my sister

    ahha

  • This is a science trick that I learned in the 3rd grade. If you pour a little sugar in the middle after the pepper is forced to the edges, it will bring the pepper back to cover the surface! Try it!

  • that trick was awsome i troed ot and it actually worked

  • that's kinda cool. :')

  • wow thats sooo awsome!

  • wow, thats so cool

  • heheheheheh coooooolllll i´ll do that when i get back home.. my nieces will LOVE IT

  • coooollll

  • Comment removed

  • thaas so sweet

  • Simply put the dish washing soup into a cover, and put it in your pocket. Then when you are performing, put your hand in your pocket and just glue some of those soup into your finger tip. But you must make sure the soup is not dry.

  • that was cool but it took a sec and i was like rip off but then it did it and i was like woooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh and then my sister was like wtf?!

  • That's brilliant, although the person I just showed (about a minute after watching the video) claimed it did it because I jabbed my finger in harder than them, hmmm.

  • how r u supposed to use a huge bottle of soap without people noticing it

  • lol!!!

  • put it on right before trick when they aint looking

  • thats KEWL

  • =O

i never knew pepper was afraid of soap

  • hahahahahahahahahaha

  • lol

  • lmaoo

  • cool

  • waaa it didnt work for me did yuhh have to use a pepper grater???

  • that is freaking amazing!!!

  • it didnt work 4 me ='(

  • that's good

  • lol (^^,)

  • so he just put regular water in the bowl? It looks like milk XD

  • No sillies... Pepper is not afraid of water. It's all about water's superficial tension and the tensioactive compounds found in dishwashing liquid... Just chemestry & physics

  • agh big words

  • i tried it and it worked but they have to be on the surface to work properly.

  • wow kindda cool O_o"

  • haha, that was cool ^^

  • i did that to lol but i think i put too much pepper in anyway Good trick

  • wow, pepper is afraid of soap

  • lol dish washing liquid breaks the water tension its really fun to do though

  • Really cool,isn't it?

  • i did that when i was two

  • lol thats neato

  • woah, coolio XD

  • i tried it and it works

  • damnnnnn thats so cool

  • tight

  • holy shitt'

  • Archie1551

    lol.

but yeah ive did this before on accident

it freaked me out because i was washing dishes

i dont think i can do it

i have blue dish washing liquid

  • wicked

  • You use the same technique for cleaning pools. you spray soap down the middle of the pool and all the leaves and debris goes to the sides.

  • now you have a pool full of soap =D

    dumbass...

  • fuckin brilliant. weed dood!

  • damn dats nice

  • Very clever

  • ive done tis before

  • what if i dont have friends?

  • lol

  • OMG.. That Was The Best Thing I've Heard All Day. Nice One Man

  • Hahahah! Merry christmas you filthy animal, you made my day! +rep!

  • thank you for a good laugh today Archie

  • thats fuking tight

  • no it's because the washing up liquid contains oil. oil spreads over the surface of water, and so displaces all the pepper.

  • i did that with my friends, they were like:

WHAT THE FUCK`?! Hey I Did That But Nothing Happened?!?

  • this is a guess, but is the reason why the pepper goes to the edge of the bowl because of how the soap took the top layer of the water, which pushed the pepper?

  • The surface tension of the water was broken, thus causing it to begin to rebuild off the edges.

  • omg i did this in science it has to do with the surface tension of water

  • i did it and it was awsome

  • cool it works

  • haha it really works, hehe cool

  • I wonder why the peppers reacted to the soap

  • it wasnt the peppers, it was the water. this can be done with food coloring in stead of pepper

  • so what

  • can someone explain to me how and why does this happen..

  • it's a chemistry reaction, basically some substances "reject" others because of their different composition. the same thing happens with a greasy bowl filled with water and some drops of washing liquid on it (sorry about my bad english)

  • oh okay thanks.. i just did that with myseLf LoL..

  • u just tryiing to sound smart. what happen in the the peper is been held by a sort of skin created by somethinhg called water tension. when the sopat tuches it the tencions is distoyed and thepeper spreads ou then slowing u it starts to sink
