@therealbatman1990 its not brazil's national dish .Main reason ,in order to be a national dish it must belong to the whole country and it doesn't .Feijoada has its origin in the southeast area more precisely the state of rio de janeiro,when tourists start to visit Brazil a long time ago they were served this dish ,and history made short,everyone started to assume to be a national dish.later on like many other dishes gain popularity all over the country,just like churrasco did.
