Thai copied many nation cooking and called them Thai food. For example, they copied Chinese Fried noodle like the one in this video and called it Pad Thai.
This was located in the relocated Chinatown food court next to the Outram MRT. Since this - Michael and his team have moved back to the Chinatown Food Court - adjacent to CK (in Singapore)
There are not any chairs - all fixed stools. Its the hawker center across from People's Park Cmplx and down maybe 2 streets toward Pearle Centre. Its on Level 2, level 1 is filled with all sorts of stalls with clothes, watches, you name it

whenever you cook and always making noise by hiting many times the long iron spoon(like many chef at chinnese food) that is make more carbon release from the wok and it is a poison to human for long term. i,m a poison controll chemical material
For westerners who don't know what kway teow is, it is actually asian version of carbonara made from rice flour. The key to a good fried Kway Teow is to use MAXIMUM HEAT. The best kway teow is abit charred and should be eaten when it is still piping hot. That is how you enjoy a good plate of kway teow. YUM! YUM!
I have eaten at lot of restaurants or street-foods, this one is the best !!

Thanks for this very informative insight. I shall be more quiet in
the kitchen and not bang spoons against the wok - preparing Chinese,
Thai, Khmer, Malay or Indonesian food.
