Pretty smooth! I'd be interested to know how well it does on max settings :D

I edited the config files and run my LOS, etc slightly over max, with little slowdown and my specs are pretty close to yours. It has a few glitches, but I'm still surprised at how smooth it runs!

Can you not go full screen with PlayOnLinux, or is it simply your system wouldn't be able to handle it as well.

@Pickledeggs3000 You can go fullscreen, and for example, if you could not handle the native res of ur screen, u can run with lower res on fullscreen too.

2. This was installed from the disc.

3. I don't know about mods since I don't own any mods. You could try to get information about that in the WINE application database.

pretty cool, but i am curious as to what settings you are running fallout 3 at... also in gpu comparison on linux is there any certain better gpu to get for gaming or are all up to date and working well? Exa: 8800 ultra vs GTX 275 vs GTX 470? which for best performance in your opinion? i've looked all over and can find nothing that gives me the comparison i would like to have. Oh i will sli the 8800 or gtx 275!

@SSEi02 Hey, I myself like the look of a MAC OS, but I wouldn't want to waste $2,000 on a computer that is designed to be able to run the competitors OS! If you're so great, why make it compatible? and if people wanted to be able to run a Windows OS, why not just buy a Windows computer? Think about this, apple... Why design a computer to be able to run a competitors OS when you could be making your OWN OS do the things that Windows does? It doesn't make any sense...
