yes and no. it´s made from the best part of the plant which is the thc crystal. the crystals are mainly on the bud but also on the leafs and braches. you just extract the crystals and you can make hash which is usually stronger then any weed you will find since it is 100% thc. the strongest buds are little over 20%.
