Not really sure what they are exactly saying at first, mainly Hokkien, with a little bit of other languages. But after that they kinda compete on how well they can swear in other languages.

They are showing off when they use their shoes to slap the road. The woman starts with English, then the man does Malay. (Not too sure), Teochew. Cantonese, Hainan. Hakka, Foochow.
