P.S. He's not only supremely attractive but one of the best young male singers on planet earth. Who knows where he'll be 10 or 15 years from now (maybe Opera), but right now I'm thankful he's part of Il Volo.
Beautiful Ignazio -- Ignazio the Magnificent!! It's more likely than not he'll end up in Opera. I'm not saying this is true of ignazio, but many young singers end up being horizontally challenged because they believe the myth that being physically substantial guarantees a great voice. This is absolutely not true. My best advice to them - Never Ask for Seconds!!
Ignazio is the funny one on IL VOLO.... One day he will be a great Opera singer... but now he's part of a new sensation in music. Although Operatic Pop has been around for quite some time, it took IL VOLO to make it popular among all ages... a first for that genre.
Although Ignazio was born in Sicily, he lives in Bologna (northern Italy). His sister owns an Italian restaurant there.
Ignazio and Piero and Gianluca not only sing together... they are also close friends.

I made the correction in Wikipedia, but it got wiped out again. Ignazio lives in Marsala (pop. 83,000) and Piero lives in Naro Sicily (pop. 8,000), while Gianluca lives in the hilltop town of Monepagana (pop. 1,200) overlooking the Adriatic coastal city of Roseto degli Abruzzi.... about 50 miles east of Rome on the opposite coast of the boot of Italy.
