Being ugly is a physical impairment. I'm not talking about fat or thin or some certain look, I'm talking about someone with a disfigured face. It also makes the person unable to do certain tasks or activities, and can emotionally hurt the person. It's not legally considered a disability but by definition, it's close.

If someone's face looks ugly, for example their nose is too big or they're cross eyed, I don't really laugh at it.
