  • ????Better then studio?????

  • I propose a name for this new genre: stephead.

    Anybody?

  • What electronic drum pad is he using?

  • @RedBlueGreen1009 i think its a roland spd-sx, its actually just a sampler meant to be played like a drum pad

  • What electronic drum pad is he using?

  • i wish my computer speakers could go louder!!!!!! this is a great great song.

  • radiohead just keeps on suprising me.

  • These guys are gifted. Such amazing music.

  • This is just raw talent, I actually prefer to hear this than the studio version.

  • still not really sure how i feel about this song.

  • 4 persons think that the dislike button is mirrored too

  • 4?

  • man, I can't get enough of this version

  • ɥsıuɐds pɐǝɹ ʇ,uɐɔ I o˙O

  • For the full show, in 1080p, and not mirrored, search: 7AJrCsp2Ago .... thumbs up to let others know :).

  • last album is an another side of radiohead which is GREAT

  • Excuse me ... but this si orgasmic !!

  • amazing how all the "noise" comes together so seamlessly. They are very skilled musicians :)

  • Rolling stone said this was their less ambitious album, and I simply don't get it. I'd consider it the exact other way around

  • @etejuanete3 rolling stone magazine is just stupid

  • ɹɐpıoɥǝɐp

  • pause at 5:26 fucking gross!

  • @YoussefFishere hehahaha u sick...

  • Jonny needs to pick up a guitar! That is what this new album needs, otherwise all good!

  • @TheAllieWay feral

  • Necesito algo más digerible

  • BEAST

  • This helps one see how they made this music. When I first heard TKOL I had no bloody idea how they made that kind of awesome music. Now I'm inspired

  • @jimmyportilloiscool Actually they learned how to play it live after creating the songs electronically.

  • TKOL gets better live, for sure.

I still don't like it, but live you can at least FEEL something, as the album makes me feel nothing (a first for Radiohead)

  • @LaughingUltros you better don't comment. it still depresses me to think there're people like you out there

  • most bizarre thing Radiohead have done yet!

  • i love MLOOB.

  • @LeBuav Its actually MOOLB

  • @locolow2011 my mind has been blown.

  • @LeBuav don't you mean MOOLB?

  • @LeBuav moolb!

  • mmm dat bass

  • NO entiendo porqué está al revés.

  • Best Song EVER.

  • OH MY GOD... MY RADIOHEAD LOVEING GOD.ty

  • the bass in this piece is...there is no appropriate adjective. something like: AAAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHIOPWEIOGESPAIOGDJISODGJIO OH MY GOD

  • 3 people actual disliked this. WTH did they expect to see besides SUPERB Radiohead!

  • I think The Kind of Limbs was made to be played live. Where some of there other albums may have been made more for studio.

  • Fantastic band... the best! I don't know haw they can do SUCH kind of music. Simply awesome! Radiohead forever...and ever!

  • Which people didn't appreciate the band's integrity on this brilliant track, Yorke's grand mum and grand dad?

  • absolutelyfamouslyhighly perfect.......can hear it 100,000 times !!!!

  • 0:41

  • 3:40 - 4:13 orgasm

  • @Radijo86 you're right..:-)

  • omg. that sound. just wow.

  • just my heart can express what i feel watching this <3

  • after watching this video ive started to love this song

  • 3:40 - wow. Talk about bloom.

  • I like the enrgy on this recording verses the record. I hope they can release it on CD or WAV or MP3 or have they already? I like these guys and want to pay for their music. Anybody know?

  • @jdaywork2693 You can buy it on DVD/Blu-ray if that helps.

  • Amazing how it works that they will not get selfconfused

  • I really love this album , but i really miss jonny's guitar solos

  • @szyramm he still plays guitar on this album.

  • @hollowharmony1 I know but i'm talkin about a guitar more like the bends

  • @szyramm Yeah, that would be good.

  • @szyramm You mean like living in the past?

  • This is their best album since Kid A, and anyone who says otherwise is musically ignorant.

  • @nicholsjoshua15 sorry. i still prefer Kid A and In Rainbows:P

  • @nicholsjoshua15 What a pretentious douchebag you are. "Musically ignorarnt" get the hell out of here

  • try: "amrand"

  • This Makes me want to learn how to play the Fugelhorn

  • @zorth42

This makes me want to find out what a fugelhorn is. :)

  • @Scamilton89 It's the horn of a fugel (a small furry creature that lives in a cave)...

  • This reminds me of Pink Floyd's Progressive style where there was no verse, chorus, verse etc just an awesome climax!... its basically like reading a book, a story is told, and then there cums an awesome climax... and slowly the story ends... this is it! absolutly awesome

  • 3:53 SCREAORM

  • Blown away by this. It slays the studio version. Yorke in top form. Nice to hear real drums instead of that cluttered mess on TKOL.

  • where did the 6.39 go? fookin helll.

  • ummm decent fellows play OAKLAND!!! THE FOX IS NICE DON"T YOU KNOW?

  • If this is what the album version sounded like, I might actually like this album.

  • This is far better than the album version

  • @ProgDogMan mmmmmmmm nope!

  • @Samyaza69 Wow, didn't know so many people agreed with me. Of course, Thom's voice is a bit off at moments in this live version, but I particularly find from 3:40 that it has a more inspiring, organic feel than the studio version.

  • @ProgDogMan yes many people agree with you because they are prone to consider more valuable a live representation of one song. Well this is not a bad thing, I love lives also, but except the organic feel you talk about, is a lack of perfection. I'm a more technical guy and perfectionist, that's why I said that. I never been to a live concert that sounds better than the original track release. There are human errors, the sounds are not the same, the dynamics are different and so on. Love & Peace!

  • dioses

  • I want to become their music, flowing whispering dancing blowing living

  • I wish they would release a live instrument version of this album

  • At first any radiohead album seems obscure and odd, and than the second time around listening to it, it somehow it becomes genius as you begin to understand the complexities of their ultimate goal, which is of course a complete start to finish journey of music.

  • @pattyfree2970

Shut your hipster mouth, the music is good because the music is good.

  • @Ovenman940 This

  • @pattyfree2970 couldnt agree more! well said :)

  • 3 hours and i understand this song!!!!

  • it´s a trip...a TRIPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

  • This album is just like Kid A.

At first people will bag it because it's a step in another direction that failed peoples expectations and then in a few years people will be saying it was one of the best albums in the last 10 years. When I first listened to it however I loved it and it's only got better.

  • what is jonny playing the drums

  • this is better than the album version.

  • this is like ear's porn. eargasmic

  • so many trips... and Im not talking about cartrips....

  • yo are they playing left handed?! thats insane anybody that knows anything about anything knows thats some hard shit to do

  • @clubzen get some brains т_т

  • Beautiful melodies mixed with crazy. Typical radiohead. Love it.

  • You're welcome

  • have not read anything official, but their whole set up is lefty.maybe another tribute to ther craftmanship. there are no mirrors here. respect.

  • @whoquiensabe The video was edited using a 'mirror' effect. As you can see at 5:44, the name of that amp is 'VOX', 'XOV' is what it looks like in a mirror, as it's the exact opposite. Even the keyboard letters as well are reversed, mirror imaging is what you see. Look closely at the entire video, there are more hints like the intro text.

  • @VinsaneOne true, i own a small v o x amp, very cool approach for their stuff

  • @VinsaneOne Not to mention the fact that they're all right handed and in this video it shows them playing left handed.

  • complex intelligent beautifull, somebody thought it was a mess at first, im glad he/she cleaned their ears.

  • dam do this this guys know how to use all instruments

  • humans can only NOT-UNDERSTAND thom's pieces or LIKE them...they cannot hate them...it needs a certain degree of intelligence..u can hate Coldplay, LadyGaga, Marilyn Manson, Nirvana, Bethoven, Mozart, Beatles, ElvisPresley, Ray Charles...this is the highest human being can ever reach...

  • they all become one with the music. this is incredible. and yes down there, clean your ears ;-)

  • @dlouisbaker it's gorgeous - beauty is in the eye of the beholder

  • @MultiLalalee And you have to find the right point of view. That's the beauty of this song, and well TKOL in general.

  • Clean your ears.

  • @dlouisbaker This is probably your first listen. I thought the same when I heard it for the first time.

  • I love Coldplay and Muse but Radiohead are special..

  • that bass line is orgasmic :E

  • ¡¡¡suoıʇɔǝɹıp ʎuɐ uı ƃuızɐɯɐ sı pɐǝɥoıpɐɹ

  • @jomanu wait... how the fuck could you do that???

  • @etejuanete3 is the magic of google xd (look "write backwards")

  • @jomanu how did you do that??

  • @jomanu !!!snoitcerid yna ni gnizama si daehoidaR

  • hi i see there are millions of YouTube comments but please Read anyway. I write original songs and sing , they are ruff but real, we are acoustic but will go electric for most songs Getting a fanbase is really difficult for artists and bands, still undiscovered by the big music labels, so it would really mean a lot to me if you could check out my channel and listen to my songs. If you could Llike' This Comment, that would be great too, so other people can see this comment thanks Apex13 ;]

  • gotta love the flugelhorns

  • @owmynameisjabberwock Damn straight.

  • Amazing, just amazing... I love how there's three drummers here...

  • The way the song builds up is nothing short of genius

  • @AITDS I love it! It's like Thom has ditched the whole verse chorus verse thing for most songs and replaced it with a singular long verse, then 1 big climax. It's brilliant.

  • @SuperiFox I find it strange though how big the contrast is between this version and the album version. The album version doesn't really have this buildup at all, it's quite boring compared to the live version. I though the album bloom was pretty good, but the way they play it here makes the song unforgettable...

  • @AITDS Eh, I really don't have a preference... While the album version was calm, enlightening, and pure majesty, i find this version to be exciting and bold and wild, like mother nature.

.....Wow i sound like a hipster.....

  • @SuperiFox well to describe Radiohead decently, it's impossible not to sound like a hipster ;)

  • @AITDS it blooms, right : )?

  • I thought those beats were programmed. I think it's just awesome they are played live by a humanh being.

  • What is Phil playing at the beginning and end? Some electric drum-board but what brand/kind?

  • this song is such an incredible accomplishment. all of pieces and parts cobbled together in absolutely the best way.. the exact definition of controlled chaos

  • 3:40

I dont care what anybody says, King of Limbs is my favorite album.

  • @Floydian75 Its PROGRESSION! I agree!

  • why is it backwards?

  • This song had to grow on me, but I really love it now. By the end of the song, so many layers have revealed themselves... it's confusing at first listen, but mesmerizing with repeated listens. Love the horns. And the drumming. And the singing, and really all of it.

  • A soucerful of secrets..Pink Floyd

  • sounds of universe

  • another masterpiece - they're ahead of their time and that's why its hard to get it at first; but once you get into the trance and feel it, you're there.

  • sorry, the song is "MOOLB"

  • @dknelson4 if this is Moolb, then Bloom should be fucking amazing

  • Comment removed

  • And they can play the instruments with the left hand too!!

  • Beautiful. this song has been on repeat in my world lately.

  • Two people can't handle the heat in the basement.

  • This video is trippy! There's no way everyone in Radiohead is left handed! I think its been flipped.

  • @Avinashl Wow, nice one Sherlock , could've just looked at the subtitles ;)

  • @Avinashl nnooooo really? the mirror flipped words at 0:19 don't give you a minimal CLUE?? ok sorry for being so ironic but I think it's pretty obvious

  • @etejuanete3 You mean sarcastic. Nice try though.

  • @kpwells sarcasm=irony moron

  • This version seems to have so much more energy and life cmompared to the record? Anyone agree?

  • @jdaywork2693 yes

  • 4:35-4:49 is just perfection.

  • ?dednah tfel si mohT

  • @mrlopolis ?lol

  • I loved this song on the album. Hearing it here at first sounded like a mess, but now I really dig. I'll never understand how I can hate a radiohead song and then grow to love it.

  • @WickedLiquid I know EXACTLY what you mean.

  • 1.40 Thom's there there :)

  • The 2 dislikes should never listen to music ever again

  • 3:40 my trousers need changed

  • I really love this album but i miss so much Jonny's insane guitar playing

  • @beatles820 listened to this song high and, said exactly the sames words.

  • Radiohead enlighten me :D
