Bangles @ Pretty in Punk Tribute Concert @ The Roxy

I was there at the ROXY on Sunset. The charity fund raiser helps gather money is for good causes. That street in Hollywood always has some great music, that year the theme was a RUNAWAYS tribute show. The following year all the warm up bands at the Pretty in Punk show (put on by Dasiy Rock Guitars) did covers of songs by the BANGLES. Sasafras was one of the good bands there. I like the music of the RUNAWAYS. The BANGLES do an excellent cover of QUEENS of NOISE.

Thanks for the video! It just shows that these 50-something women are not simply washed-up pop stars. They are all still rockers at heart (and pretty MILF-y to say the least). Susanna is ageless in my book!

What a joke. Plenty of guys playing, Hoffs plays tambourine, the Petersons are hacks and Vicki Peterson is pretentious with her leather jacket. Soccer moms don't wear leather jackets.
