the idiot lady did not mention the main point of the movie... the remarkable thing about the docu is that it shows that 2/3rd of miami is built with coke money... the authorities didnt really care much either it was only when violence got out excessive that they stepped up operations against it, they didnt give a hit about the drugs.. i dont know about now but back then im sure top gov folks were at least in the know if not involved... read up on the contras in nicaragua
