  • where the salt at?

  • I love you man, keep it real and keep me inspired. Mechanic by trade, cook by hobby.

  • @BallsInYourJawsBitch

Man, this is an old video and you must be looking around at what I have.

Thank you and I hope you find something that you will try.

And thank you for subscribing too!

  • it gotta be a terrible taste cos he put alot of soy sauce. pal, be careful of ur kidney

  • i love the fact that you are using your laptop webcam. i cringed for your laptop when you were frying lol

thank you for the recipe :) and keep up the good work!!

  • The music drives me crazy on this video but its still awesome! I hope I can leave the cilantro out...

  • 3:30 the sound!!!!!

  • is this what people called spaghetti thai or this one different ?

  • "good grief!" hehe -- just a tip, if you're still using a webcam to record -- a lot of recording programs will let you use a "mirrored" display on your screen, so it reverses what you see for you. Like working with a mirror, much easier!

  • At first, I tried to find a banoffee recipe. I ended up here.. enjoy watching several of your video. Thank you for sharing. (PS. Thai people are not familiar with peanut butter. But I think I'll try it.. very interesting :)

  • @nampueng2001

Thanks so much for watching my videos!

One of my best friends is Thai, he moved here when he was 17 and in 2002 moved back to Thailand after 27 years of living here.. I got the recipe from him, but he is so Americanized and I am sure you are correct.

    Thanks again for watching!

  • @freitasex According to a Thai woman here on YouTube, they use a mortar and pestle and work from peanuts, but she says if you don't want to use that, use the "all natural" peanut butter, just like you did -- so I think you're safe ;). I don't know how I'd like durum wheat noodles though, with all those more delicate flavors. I'll have to try this with spaghetti and with rice noodles. I bet it would be good with shrimp too. thanks for the video!

  • HEY,you got a good laptop :) thanks for sharing

  • Thanks... but the laptop is getting old.

  • I enjoy watching your cooking ;-)

  • Thank You!

I will have a new Vietnamese soup coming up in the next couple days.

I would love for you to subscribe!

  • good job

  • Thank you sir!

  • Wow,finally you made a Thai food video,eh?

  • There is another one and I will make more.

  • I think it's cool for your peanut butter idea,'cause we Thais normally use crushed peanut but I think peanut butter would taste the same.

  • Thank you!

You are very nice and polite!

I have been to Chiangmai and Bangkok, it was the best vacation/holiday that I ever had!

  • Thanks for such a lovely dish and you are right - your video using a laptop is very sharp and colour is just great. Best,

  • Wow, thanks very much!

  • Man, your in my favourites! I get lots of cooking ideas from youtube and generally if im cooking say, Greek food, i want a Greek person telling me how to do it. I don't think your Asian but your video's are fantastic and easy to follow.

  • wow,.. great. thanks

  • Thank you melito0206!

  • You do a WONDERFUL job with your laptop hun;)

  • Thanks, it is not the easiest thing to hold the laptop and try and get all the ingredients to show in the beginning, I guess I just need to try more to do it. I like using the laptop because it actually records in vivid and accurate colors.

  • HOLY **** Looks so damn good.

  • It is seriously very good, thanks for your nice comments!

  • looks good! most rice noodles arent cooked, theyre just fresh not dried like pasta! but i never knew that thai often use italian style pasta! i thought it would taste funny, but they have wheat noodles too, so i guess theres not much difference, just that theyre not fresh! lol and dont worry, i know how sucky allegies are :-( i shouldnt eat chillis but i do in very small amounts, or they make me sick (i used to looove hot food!)

  • DYK Chinese invented all noodles, Marco Polo

took them to Rome, there was no Italy until

1880 something, I used Nam Pla instead of Soy

but only a tablespoon, Aroy de mak (Thai for

    very good delicious)

  • Thanks for your informative comment!

  • This meal doesnt cost much to make :) Thanks for that.

You are the king of low cost meals that taste EXPENSIVE!

  • Wow what a nice comment.

    Thank you for watching!

  • I'm impressed you made this beautiful meal with your lap top!!!

yum, I can taste it now!!!

  • Thanks Debbie, you are always so sweet and nice.

  • Its looks so delicious I would have sprinkled some chopped peanuts over top at the very end just to give it a little OOMPH! Have you ever made beef and brocoli?

  • It is great tasting.

In the description box, I suggest putting chopped peanuts for garnish; along with a list of ingredients!

I am not allowed to eat peanuts or any nut :(

  • Yes I have recorded making Beef & Broccoli, it needs to be edited and music added... I almost burt it up, but saved it.

  • this is better than kai's thai food by far.

  • Oh, I think Kai is a much better cook than me.

  • Oh man! I was planning on having a bowl of cereal tonight. Now, you go and do this to me. The peanut butter is what really sold me on making it.

  • Ha Ha, I am pretty sure that I get your point.

  • I love your humor

  • looks good. whats the need for the penaut butter though

  • Peanut butter is for taste.
