thanks Prabhu I loved the comparaison between the counting in the gym and the rounds' counting; it is so true ! hope i will reach many people in the modern world seeing that we can do it too !
everyone must remember before chanting, that you must not chant for NAY DESIRE!!! just because it brings you to a better spiritual level, you mustn't think about the benefits. just do it with out expectations :D all will be good.

And I remember him and a ex grilfriend (who's now just a dear friend of his as well as the family.) use to chant with the beads. And they also taught me the chant and everything I know about Hare Krishna.

Krishna Consciousness makes total sense.
I'll always look for flaws or holes in the philosophy but I will find none. Which will help me understand KC better.
