  • att meka, pilla, serva dom, underholda dom.... de e de som gir power!

  • Devastator

  • j aime se job

  • I used to operate a 992F, but I always wanted to get on one of these bad boys. No call for something that big in our little rock quarry. Great vid! 5 Stars!

  • thats a proper shovel!!

  • Det här är vad jag verkligen skulle vilja göra

  • i need that cat :D to my garden ^^

  • Video was taken at Wismut in germany

  • Do you drive this with a jåsstick?

    is that nice?

  • Caterpillar needs to make a loader the size and power of the LeTourneau L-2350 since today's and the future's mines and quarries get bigger and more complex. I know that the LeTourneau L-2350 is the world's biggest front-end loader but LeTourneau loaders have a long history of reliablity issues that haven't been completely resolved. I know there is a market for loaders as big or bigger than the LeTourneau L-2350 and Caterpillar needs to tap into that market.

  • this guy must be new to driving

  • super maquinas cat

  • Holy shit...!!!!

  • My favorite

  • Imagine how fast giant bobcats or skidsteers be!! LOL!

  • tung!

  • Det här, det är najs!

  • thanks for posting this videio . are there any plans for cat to make a bigger loader or dump truck in the future ? I would love to see something like a 998 loader and 820 truck with 3 axles that would be cool.

  • nö man kör me joshstick å de e nice

  • @tompa666 koffer e d så nice, da?

  • Yes, the CAT 994 and the LeTourneau L-2350 are the world's largest loaders for now but, since larger haul trucks with carrying capacities of 750+ tons will be built in the near future, it's likely even bigger loaders will be built. These loaders will have 5000+HP engines, 4 wheels with rims of 70+ inches of diameter and tires of 17 FEET in diameter, and bucket capacities of at least 100 cubic yards. These loaders will be used for mining, construction and snow-clearing operations.

  • nice

    power

  • yeah!

  • yes in operation there is a feature to run it full throttle and most do just the same as your 992g model, and yes you can shift at full throttle with the nuetral kickout pedal on the far lefty

  • i normally operate a cat 992g but i have traded with the 994 operater and i work around it and a 995 liebherr shovel with cat 789 trucks and liebherr 190 ton haulers so i am familiar with the operation

  • thanks far all the comments!

  • to bad it won't fit in my back yard

  • He is traveling way to far to load that truck. If you are over a tire and a half travel in ohio you are looking for a job. 994 nice machine for what little i've been on one. I have a new 992g and i love it

  • question for you. with a machine that large, is it ok to not let off the throttle for shifts between forward and reverse?

  • i just got a 994 to replace my 992 looading shot rock in a quarry... the 994 has so much more power and runs better than the 992

  • 994's I bet I changed 100 pump drive's on them in my life.... I really lost count... That only weak spot I found on them....

They good loader's, We completely rebuild one in Southern WV .. That reminded me of there spread they had triple 7's and loading them with 1- 994 and a 992-D..

Hard to bet them old 988-B's too for loading Coal with.. Them tough old machines too..

  • beautiful

  • The hauler here is either a 150 ton 785 or a 195ton 789.You don t use a 994 to load 777.That is what a 992 is for.

  • super maszyna...

  • ;-)

  • .. you can see 994 written on the back clearly

  • When all else fails count the mufflers and air intakes ; )

  • How much bigger is this, than a 92? Looks about the same size compared to the truck, but I'd imagine the bucket is bigger, and maybe the loader is wider...hard to tell from this view.

  • this truck is bigger than the truck in my other video...

the 94 is powerful than the 92...

but i don' t know about the dimensions!

  • Oh, ok...Hadn't seen your other video, but this looks like a 777 to me, and we load bigger trucks than that where I work. The 777 is an 85 ton truck, and we have 100 ton Hitachi Euclid 1500's. We load them with 992G's and 992C's. Cool video, though.

  • yes... probably it's a 777!

i know the Hitaci Euclid... very big truck! :-)

  • The Eucs we drive on my job are only 100 tons. There are trucks 4 times that size. We are actually getting 3 Cat 785's this coming spring. They are 150 ton.

  • do you prefer cat or euclid?

  • I like Caterpillars better, but it's not that big of a difference to me. Cat has it's advantages, and Euc has it's advantages, too. Too bad we couldn't combine them. lol

  • ;-)

  • What a machine
