  • I like bacon...

  • Truly Divine..

  • Awesome... perfect.

  • is it just me or dream theater was really inspired by this song when they wrote bridges in the sky?

  • The second part sounds like "Am I Evil?" by Diamond Head. Anyone else?

  • @FueledByRyan I think you mean Mars: Bringer of War. ;)

  • @FueledByRyan That's the first thing that came to my mind when I heard this part!

  • we meet again...240p...

  • @nebbenebbe oh.. there's so much to see :|

  • Ευτυχώς που υπάρχουν και τέτοια τραγούδια!..THIS IS EPIC!..a magic trip <3 THUMBS UP FOR PINELLA.!

  • Best. Song. Ever.

  • Must buy this album. Why can't I find it in a shop. A whole shop full of pop music and a small corner with heavy metal and no Symphony X. :-(

  • My least favorite part was when it was over.

  • raising from the north, the prince of warrrrrrrr (y)

  • Instrumental Mode at 12:14 to 18:52 ;)

  • som muito bom! recomendo !

  • My two favorite bands are Dream Theater and Symphony X... what a concept!

  • Epic!!

    /watch?v=Pdt2p_-e11I

  • I'm obviously biased being a big fan of Symphony X, but this is the most epic piece of metal music ever written.

  • Even though DT and Symphony X are both Prog Metal They are so Different in style I cant say I like 1 over the other its just what I'm in the mood for at that moment in time. its like comparing X's and O's as long as you get 3 in a row you WIN!

  • Love the part that starts around the 0 minute mark where they go from being awesome to Fucking Epic

  • Yo escucho a este grupo y pienso: ¡Qué aburridos son Dream Theater!

  • @jmrvxpful Dream Theater serian mejores si LaBrie no fuera el cantante. Yo creo que su musica es buena pero el cantante.... ejjjj.

  • Sorry, I clicked dislike, because Russel Allen's voice made my head explode with joy and I got disoriented for a moment.

  • @apatheist89 Ups... maybe the same happened over here, I can't remember the last minute...

  • 18:52; one of the only singers to ever give me chills.

    All hail Sir Allen

  • pfft, if Michael Romeo really is a guitar god then he would come in to my room and slam my head to the keyfrrfnhjtm 5tgujh3yyfe h,gteed5jk5kmithkl bbb ggbggbgbgftrvtrgf5trgf5gtrfboard

  • @1bol1 Damn thats got to hurt

  • Masterpiece.

  • Why are so many of you dissing Dream Theater. They are obviously one of Symphony X's biggest influences. Besides, it's not as if they are competing to see who is better. They are both long time established bands and we all know they are both talented.

  • Yeah, Russell Allen beat Labrie in every way except originality, talent, and having a unique voice.

  • van der graaf, dio, gustav holst pantera influence and more

  • 12:46 reminds me of symphony of destruction by megadeth

  • Dude, Dream Theater is my favorite band and has been for a long time. But Russell Allen destroys James LaBrie in every aspect imaginable

  • @Scalismas656 that's right, but you know Petrucci destroys Romeo, Rudess destroys Pinella, Myung destroys Lepond and both Mangini and Portnoy are better than Rullo ;-)

  • @DPPlay7 I'm more a Dream Theater fan, but I can't really say that JP and JM are better than Romeo and Lepond. They're not worse, though. It's just that once you get to that level, it doesn't really matter anymore, because you're just too awesome to give a damn.

  • @TheBarrelMan2 anyway both bands are fucking great bands and great musician

I do prefer DT but Symphony X is a good band too

  • @DPPlay7 I don`t think that, but you must reconigze that Symphony X destroy a DT with its music :-)

  • @Scalismas656 have you heard james in the old days, man, he destroys rusell, please look for to live forever and the killing hand live at the marquee, if you show me russel singing better, i¨will retract

  • @Scalismas656 Frankly, I enjoy them both equally. Their voices are perfectly fit for their individual styles of music.

  • love this one

  • "Looking out on a blue sky...

I can see a moon rising

    Like a prisoner unbound

I feel the power and the majesty again...

    Looking up to the heavens

I can see what I've left behind

Beneath the stars moon and warm sun

All I know is, my paradise has begun..."

  • 15:57 oh romeo you ledgend jesus

  • more like at 12:14 is the best piece of music ever onwards !

  • How many songs do you think they could have made out of this 1? The money they could have made, but denied for the sake of the quality of music is pretty huge in reality. What is this? Like 1/4-1/2 of an album in one song? Not for Symphony X. Chump change, like Iconoclast.

  • EPIC

  • 18:52 onwards is some of the most beautiful music I have ever heard

  • @Dungarth that's exactly what I think too. In fact I listen to this song only to get to that part

  • And to think that intro is ALL Russell Allen. One more reason to bow down to the almighty Russ

  • That's 240p for you folks. Imagine this in a huge cathedral!

  • every time i listen to this song ... i see an epic movie inside my head ...thumbs up if you too

  • 1 person has no friends :D

  • @tt1470 I'd say 221 to 1 is a pretty solid ratio

  • Comment removed

  • My favorite part is from 0:00 to 20:43

  • @Amajikun my too XD

  • 11:03

    nuff said.

  • @sacredoblivion1647 with a band like symphony X it can never be too long!

  • @Ozbrigade See: Dream Theater.

  • @ChubbyGregLord ? what about dream theater?

  • @Ozbrigade Their songs are longer, better, (for the most part) more progressive, and can NEVER be too long.

  • @Ozbrigade dream theater suck hairy nads especilly the guitarist what ever the fuk his name is !!

  • @Ozbrigade I beg to differ, this is a masterpiece, I have to agree, but its also kinda boring =(

  • @sacredoblivion1647 Noooo, toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo shoooooooooooooooooooooooooooort haha

  • Genial

  • Playing The Binding of Isaac while listening to this was interesting.

  • who is this 1 person who dares to miss-click the "like-button" and not fix it?! O.o

  • the beginning sounds really renaissance, then when the guitars come in, its Holst's Mars bringer of war? That has got to be the strangest connection made. And strangely it works.

  • @Igneous01 the beginning choral part is from the b minor bass by johann sebastian bach (baroque music), with lyrics added by symphony x

  • @suffiice I see I havnt listened to enough Bach to not even notice that, thanks for the tip

  • @suffiice I can't tell, do you think the next part is supposed to be from "Mars, the Bringer of War" from Gustav Holst?

  • @H2Zman correction... it IS from Mars

  • Divine indeed. <3

  • excellent music, at times the voice sounds like dio. if you like this music you might like devil doll -mr. doctor, highly recommended.

  • Full version!!!! hell yeah!!!

  • simplemente hermosa pieza musical, en todos los sentidos.

  • mandou bem fio esse som inteiraço salvou a patria ahuahau gringo mesmo

  • tnx for this man!!!!

  • this song is just divine! no pun intended xD

  • @screamsilent41 yes it was

  • i wish this song could lasts forever

  • @piefiuma Just rape the replay button

  • IT'S OVER 9,000 views

  • Even though this song is 20 minutes, it felt like 5. Honestly, that's how GOOD progressive metal is done.

  • I'm sure that one guy missed the like button, or he's simply a moron :D

  • I actually use this song everytime my girlfriends gets mad and wants to kill me for being a unsensetive moran.

I simply play the intro and shes overthrown with awesomness and slowly the killingmode changes to blind worship to Symphony xs might!

  • @Oskarius84 just let her read this comment and ure doomed forever rofl

  • View #9000! Do I win a replica of Russell Allen's goatee?

  • 1 guy pushed dislike because he thought it said dis i like

  • What sort of buttfuck, ass-backwards, dumbshit, mentally inept, musically impaired cretin disliked this song? Go back to your Nickelback and Beyonce. PLEASE.

  • @NikosiaMateas

    that's a really mature comment.

  • 20 minutes of perfection!!

the part in 4:15 is in the song Paradise Lost too??

  • @alevd14 20 Minutes and 43 Seconds of Perfection :)

  • @alevd14 That's right. The consept album "Paradise Lost" and this song is the same story, though "Paradise Lost" are a wider and more complex story about Lucifer and his fall from Heaven.

  • @MikalThoresen yeaaah! in the end of Revelation (divus pregoe ex tragoia) there's the 4:15 part

  • @MikalThoresen paradise lost is about paradise lost, this about the fall, which could be considered the first chapter of paradise lost. Different parts of the same story

  • 1 gay did not hear the whole song

  • @LuizxDlol or they were struck by the epicness and their hand accidently trembled to the dislike button

  • @Ernie416

hmmm. i don't think about this..

  • Epic is such a small word to describe this song.
