and why? for a lot of reasons, but #1 is because he's a constitutional hero.

so why do i say kill the republic? because with the internet, an educated citizenship and THE CONSTITUTION we really ONLY need a democracy. will the minority face tyranny? well no! the constitution and the supreme court will protect human rights and freedoms. as time passes a republic becomes less and less relevant and more harmful (think TARP)

Don't you just love it when they try to pretend this is such a new idea? Okay, maybe for the bulk of uniformed people who didn't notice when things weren't going badly for THEM, this is new, but for the rest of us who have been awake for awhile, the 99% lost their reputation at least 40 years ago.
