It depends on where you get your lobsters, some areas are much expensive because of the season or availability of the lobster itself also depending on the weight it has.

3%? that number sounds too high lol, its probably more like 1% which is still 7000 lobsters which is a crazy ammount... i need to figure out how to keep lobster larvae alive so i can lobster farm, lol who ever figures out how to do that is rich, lobster usually sells for at least $30us a tail, 7000x 30= 210000 dollars when they reach maturity in a few years, and you could have several stages of growth in different tanks, so u could make that ammount every year minus tax and upkeep costs
