It starts talking about militias but then goes on to talk about the right of the People, not the militia. Every other time in the U.S. constitution and in Locke's philosophy and in the idea of popular sovereignty and all the other fundamentals of this government, the People refers to citizens. Why is it now suddenly different here? If they meant militia, they would have said it.

An assault rifle is a rifle with a selective firing mechanism, these guns have been heavily regulated by the government, and production was banned on them in 1986. Concealed handguns have not one thing to do with hunting, nor does the second amendment. Fair? The Constitution, nor Bill of Rights guarantee you the right to keep a deadly virus in your basement.
