For a bit of help: dont squeeze it too tightly between your fingers, just enough so you dont drop it. use the parts of your fingers which line up with the nail part of your pinky (for me the is just above the first joints). Practice hard. If you dont understand the motion, watch a spoken tutorial like the one by ktrinh.

To learners , spinning has many focal points, but once learned you don't even think about it. practice slow, feel whats going on , become familiar with muscle movements.you only need to use enough pressure to hold the pen . let the pen spin don't try to spin it.
