The most important part of this video that I think people are missing is 1:05 - 1:20 where Sean slips up and mentions "theGovernment". He messes up there because initially it looks like they are talking about some random company making a new product for kids. But instead Sean accidentally slips up and reveals that its actually the government that is making the product.
