this is GREAT... where did you find your video materials?? Any retail DVDs (instructional or otherwise)? I am trying to learn myself.

Your drum (or at least the right side of it) seems a little too close to your body (your right shoulder and arm looks cramped for space as it's moving, instead of relaxed).

work on the transitions between garaks so that the hoheup wont end in between.

i'm self learned. lots of research, looking up and learning from videos, garakbos, texts, etc.
