  • Stop being retards, this isn't "gross" or "disgusting", It's only because you grew up in a different culture. So shut up and stop being immature.

  • I could not eat this bug at all... gross...

  • hell, i wouldn't eat one of those if my dad was being taken to torture camp.

i can't anyway, against my religion. otherwise, i think i would have a leg if i could....

  • @taylorhottner wait you just said you wouldn't even eat those, but later said you would eat the leg...man what a hypocrite

  • yum. i want.

  • too fattening, id rather have bbq tarantula.

  • @HellaBitchin if you think that looks tasty there is something seriously wrong with you. you might as well be saying that dog shit looks tasty

  • On Bizarre Foods the host said it tasted like soft shell crap. He said it was very good.

  • XD I wouldn't touch that thing with a 10 foot pole

  • i would not eat a tarantula, i understand it if you do in a life and death situation, but not a daily thing

  • I am sure the taste for these things was related to the rule of Pol Pot, when all Cambodians were subjected to a mandatory diet of only one bowl of rice soup a day, and 16 hour workdays.

  • @kingdarius1991 You could say the same about beef, different country's different cultures and preferences. " Don't judge a book by it's cover" you never know, it could taste great. wait until you have tried it before you say anything.

  • wow

i wouldnt touch one even if its deep fried

  • Very true. I have been all over the world and have eaten things I would love to eat again, and have eaten things I would never eat again.

But at least I can say I've tried it

  • Well...who can't resort to eating almost anything...living in a poor country?

I wouldnt eat a tarantula though...

  • You know, that was my question when I saw them, that is a f%%% of a lot of spiders.

  • are there that many tarantulas in cambodia to catch to eat?

  • Gross. What wee do to annimals is tremendousness.

  • Haha, if I ate a spider and liked it, I'd probably eat all the spiders in my house!! Then I wouldn't have to have arachnophobia! xD

  • All depends on what part you eat, and how the lobster is prepared.

  • it dosent taste like lobsters i ate it in cambodia..

all it is is greasy crunchy bites and taste just like chicken

  • i think it tastes like motserlla sticks?

  • u sure it taste like lobster?

  • Hi what type of tarantula are this? And what is the price?

  • I don't speak Khmer, and the reply probably would have been "big spiders, very delicious" and the price is probably all you can eat gor a dollar as the exchange rate is 4100 reils to the dollar.

  • Well, i read on youtube that the tarantula used for eating in cambodia is Haplopelma albostriatum type.... Really scary, aren't they?

  • hey

i'll take your word for it

if you say it's good it must be. And i loveeeeeeeeee lobster.

  • Looks good.

  • Yes, think about it, lobsters are just big ocean insects, right?

  • KEWL!

  • if i had nothing else to eat.. i'd try one

  • What mystified me was how she had so many, there must have been a couple thousand in that basket.

  • hahaha. Seriously though?, lobster?.

  • mad fucking nasty!!

  • Tastes like lobster :-D

  • gross
