I know he was northern irish so britain. the mentioned players were great like him, Garrincha, Müller and Zico scored more than 350 goals... Garrincha with bad foot. but they or Best weren't as whole players as Cruyff, Puskas or Eusebio. Best was a striker and he scored only 100 goals athought he was incredible in his way.

The UK is officially, "The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland" Which proves that they are different unless they have somehow made a massive grammatical error.
