at 55... u can "logout" and go "create a new character" and u'll be able to create one, just as ud make another char... if ur on a pvp server, u'll have to make one allied with ur 1st char

Human looks better, and their racials are good... draenei look worse dont rly fit in the lore and gift of the naaru isnt rly that good, its neat.. but not "good"
