Ok, its not a private match, the first shot was real (with Thermal) but then they just recreate it (3 man job) in a private match for another point of view, if you look when themal is used he is just about half way down, but in the replay he barely makes it out of the window.

players can only join your private match if you send them an invite. they can also join your private match when you´re in the match setup (pre-lobby) by joining your session.
