@captsparrowluv ... I have Let's Peace It Together - Visiting Therapeutic Miniature horses, and I'm not sure if you still need the information about getting your mini ceritfied but if you are... We will be doing the ceritifcations, or you can call Delta Soc. In Washington State, and they will refer you to someone in your local area.

Had to share this with all my friends! This is just such a wonderful thing to do. The joy these little horses bring is a true blessing indeed. We need MORE of these little healers out there visiting the sick and the loney ones. That is what these little horses are, healers.

I couldn't help but notice the little boots on the mini's hooves,,,,,where can I get them?I have a mini that should be doing this type of thing,,,,his wonderful nature would surely bring happiness to anyone he'd come in contact with.I would love to buy him a pair of these boots for our walks (he needs to travel over a gravel road),, and they would make him so much more comfortable :) please,,,drop me a line and let me know ,,thank you so much,,,,for all your doing with the mini's .

Was it difficult to get the nursing home to allow horse to visit? Are yours housebroken? My mini and I just passed our evaluation with Delta Society and living in Massachusetts our nursing homes are not returning my calls and i suspect it's because she's a horse and not a dog!

@EarlandPatty I totally agree,,I rescued a mini,,,and he repaid us with being the most amazing little dude ,,,he brings me so much joy ,,,we consider ourselves the lucky ones!!!!!
