That boat was rated 90hp most years, and the coast guard regs would put it at 135 (sq ft, draft, etc.) They only jumped down to 75 a year or two, which cost them sales. They did it to push people up to their 190 model, which is a foot longer and otherwise identical.
I have the Tracker 175 TXW with a 60 HP 4 Stroke EFI 2008 and does only 35-38 the 190TX with a 90 Mercury Opt does 43-45
