I was told that the guy died in hospital some days later. The investigation made by Shell said that he was using a cell phone to be able to see in the tank and that the ignition was triggered by a spark in the keypad. It happend in Brazil if im not misstaken.

@rockndude87 wouldn't work that well.Fuel is a bad explosive because you need air input to deliver oxygen needed for this reaction. A good explosive contains most of the required oxygen in the molecular structure. So if al queda is watching there is nothing to worry about :D
