  • Magnesium involved in 400+ enzyme reaction in the body, energy and production of blood lipids, alleviates pms, metabolic syndrome-x (blood sugar/blood pressure). Deficiencies in muscle cramps, irritability, sleep deprivation, restless leg syndrome, fibromyalghia, etc.

  • Fully reacted magnesium aspartate works the best for me

    for maximum assimilation and absorption. Second best

    would be the citrate form.

    I take 200 mg twice per day (400 mg total) with the

    all-important vitamin B6 for the magnesium to get

    inside the cells. Without B6, magnesium will not get

    inside the cell to do its job. I take 50 mg twice daily

    (100 mg total) of vitamin B6.

    Disclaimer: Do not take more than 100 mg of vitamin

    B6 unless instructed otherwise by a qualified doctor.
