  • Does it LIFT it though? For example: like when you place your hands under your buttocks and literally LIFT them up. Does it do that for you? about how long did it take for you to see results? and how many should I do?

  • Yes you keep arms and hands beside your hips and and lift buttocks of the ground. you can do ten reps and take a break for 20 seconds and do another 10 times etc. results vary on body structure etc.
